I had a great time staying here! Within walking distance to downtown Ballard and a close drive to downtown Seattle. The place itself had everything needed for a short or longterm stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed apartment in great neighborhood
Loved the location, close to lots of stores, restaurants, and attractions. Ballard is a very good walking area and also has plenty of public transportation to allow ease of getting around the city. The apartment interior was beautifully finished and Karl and Vicky were very accommodating hosts. We were grateful to have a parking space provided. Our only frustrations were being unable to figure out how to work the gas oven and the microwave always required extra cooking time. We would definitely return to stay here again.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Jacuzzi Tub And Large Shower.. Close To Beach
This is a fully furnished, lovely new ground floor apartment in a historic house in Ballard. It has high ceilings and an open floor plan for maximum light. The master bedroom has a California Queen bed with pillow top mattress and spacious closet. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed with a memory foam mattress and an antique armoire and dresser. There is a connected bathroom with a walk in shower. The open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining room makes this apartment feel very spacious and bright!
Walking distance to dining, shopping, bus lines, The Ballard
Locks and Puget Sound makes this home the perfect location. There are no stairs, only a ramp to the front door making it easy to get a bike in and out of the secure storage! An alley parking spot right next to the apartment is an added bonus!
