My wife and I stayed here for a few days prior to going on a cruise. The stay was fantastic based on the like new condition of the property. The home was very clean, comfortable, and designed well. The owner was fantastic and had the place appointed with high quality amenities which is not typical for a short-term rental. The property seemed to be well priced as compared to other properties in the area. Most importantly the owner was friendly and always concerned about our comfort. We will come back on our next visit to Seattle. J & B

Great place for a Seattle Vacation!
We stayed at Marjo's for a couple of weeks this summer. Her space was very clean, conveniently located and she was extremely kind. There was plenty of fresh towels and bedding along with a stocked kitchen. The new full size washer and dryer was very helpful and underground parking was a breeze. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

Wonderfully appointed apartment ! Great location !
We were in Seattle for a wedding . The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers. Very welcoming ! The owner was also very accommodating with our check out time as well which was very much appreciated. The apartment was perfect for a family of four and the patio was very relaxing in the evening. We also enjoyed Cargeek Park which was a 25 minute walk and also had a beach ! Thank yuh for hosting our family !

6 Stars For This First Class Accommodation Which Seemed A Bargain For the Quality
If I could give 6 stars to this immaculately appointed apartment, I believe I would. I'm from Boston, and I visit Seattle frequently. I decided to use this newer rental for a (2) day visit which included 2 business meetings while taking in a bit of Seattle sightseeing. I was so positively impressed. Marjo, the property manager, seemed to be always available, but at the same maintaining just the right distance. She seems a low key, but naturally sweet person, that I liked immediately. Even though the prior guest had been in the apartment for a longer period when I arrived, the place was clean, fresh and ready. This (2) bedroom, (2) bath apartment was just what I needed. There are no stairs, so one walks in on the same level. It was beautifully remodeled, it was quiet, it seemed new, it was private, and it seemed to me secure. Parking was convenient, and seemed secure to me as well inside a parking garage. When I first arrived, I thought the place would be noisy. It is off of Greenwood Ave. N., But it was not at all. I believe that this was because it is set back, with screening buildings in the front. I was able to come and go as I needed to. The place has a huge balcony which faces west, and gets the afternoon sun. The neighborhood is growing, just like everywhere else in Seattle. So, to eat, I decided on a Cuban restaurant just to the south of the property, called Geo's. It appears to be a Mom/Pop hole in the wall operation. I was surprised again. It was delightful, and the menu, while modest, was fabulous. I am almost reluctant to give this place such an excellent rating, as I have. I'm fearful that as soon as I do, others will book the apartment and, next time I need it, it will not be available. But, the host, Marjo was so great, and her property was so superb for me in every way I could think of, I felt I should return my comments/thoughts. The only thing that I thought could be improved upon, was that the garage door seemed to take a longer time than usual to open. Marjo gave me a garage opener that worked well. But, the door is extra wide and seems solid; so perhaps this was just my imagination. If you need a modern, tasteful, clean, self-contained, comfortable, professional spot to stay in north Seattle, not far from Northgate Mall (Northwest Hospital?) or even crowded downtown, I recommend staying here. As long as Marjo is managing this jewell of a place, I will try to book it every time I return to Seattle.

Clean and quiet condo
My daughter, 5 month old granddaughter and I traveled to Seattle to visit family for the weekend and stayed at Marjo’s condo. At first I was concerned that it would be noisy since it is located on a busy street but the condo is actually set back so that was not a problem. It was a little confusing where we should park but Marjo met us and instructed us how to get to the ally that led to an indoor secure garage behind the building. The kitchen was well stocked with beverages, (including a bottle of wine and coffee), and snacks which were much appreciated. The bathrooms appear to be new and were filled with towels and toiletries. Since the unit is on the first floor we were not able to open the windows in the bedrooms but fans were provided. The back of the unit has sliders opening onto a large elevated deck so we were able to get some fresh air. The condo was conveniently located for our purposes and I would not hesitate to book it again. The owner, Marjo, was responsive and gracious and it is clear she anticipates her guests’ needs.

Clean, safe, comfortable apartment!!!
I travel to Seattle at least three times a year, and this is by far the best place I have stayed. Marjo is helpful but not intrusive. She has thought of everything!!! The beds were comfortable; the bathrooms spotless and well-stocked; the kitchen gorgeous and, again, quite well-stocked. I only hope that all these reviews this apartment is getting won't fill it up so it won't be available for my next trip. I would stay there every time I visit Seattle if I could! Thank you, Marjo, for your hospitality.

Condo was very nice and spacious
Marjo made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was just the two us and we had plenty of room. We would love to come back again.

Great find!
We had a lovely time! This was just such a welcome surprise. We booked last minute and couldn’t believe how nice the place was. Very big and the owner did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet and its own personal full bath. The guest room has a trundle that pulls out to sleep 2 adults or 2 children with its own full bath. The entire place consists of 1,050sq ft. Included are: Washer dryer, TV , WiFi , dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen is spacious with new appliances and granite countertops. The neighborhood is quite friendly and quiet. It also has a large balcony with potted plants. You will be close to major malls, universities/colleges, hospitals such as : Northwest Medical center, U.W. Medicine Regional heart center , Swedish, Virginia Mason Hospital, Harborview Medical center ,and Kaiser Permanente Medical center .Harborview Medical center. Your public transportation available is the #5 bus route . Favorites for nearby dining areas are : Stanford’s, La Cabana , Mr.Mrs.Wok , Bicks , Geo's Cuban and Blue Fin etc . Nearby tourist attractions are : beaches ,parks , Golden Gardens ,Carkeek, the zoo and much more! I hope you can make this your most pleasant and relaxing vacation.
About The Area
The rental location is in a residential area, but centrally situated to downtown Seattle via public transportation. Within a two miles radius you'll find Nothgate Mall, Restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets of your choice. For your recreational pleasure trails for jogging or long walks are available along several parks and beaches within a one to two miles radius. I specially recommend Greenlake Park which offers a serene and relaxing environment for the ultimate relaxation. A varied night life is within reach by heading dowtown where there is something to satisfy everone's taste. The waterfront downtown has all the familiar tourist attraction like Pike's Market (a must see), the Seattle aquarium, the Argosy cruises. and the Washington ferries to take you to the outer islands and the Olympics state park. The Pacific Northwest has extreme and unique beauty to make your vacation truely memorable.
