Minimum StayMadFlats, The Name Alone Says It All.
We were extremely satisfied and pleased with our stay at MadFlats. The room was just right for my wife and I. The room was very clean, liked the kitchen, there were snacks provided, bathroom very well maintained and a fairly good view from our room. I would recommend this to anyone who would be visiting Seattle, we hope to come back some day and stay there again.

Great place to stay!
Mad flats was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was clean and equipped with everything you could need. Our only complaint is if you have the door open for a breeze, the traffic can be a little noisy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Julie!

Desirable place to stay!
Julie is the perfect host. The flat is comfortable has everything you need to be comfortable and all of the basic amenities plus a few welcoming surprises. The location is close to stores, restaurants and easy walking distance to downtown. I would stay again.

Quaint and cozy studio
Thank you for the warm welcome and above and beyond service. We arrived for our anniversary weekend to find a sweet little place and a complimentary bottle of wine, with a personal note to wish us congratulations. So unexpected and sweet. The place was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for a nice weekend. Thank you again!!!
