Property was clean, homey and plenty of room for the 6 if us comfortably. Very close to the lake and Zion. Owners were so nice and helpful. Definitely will be back.

Peaceful, Calm and Great Hospitality!!
Shelly and Brian are both great hosts. They allowed us to checkin early and also offered to stay till the end of the day. The place is just amazing in the middle of nature and part small little town. I will highly recommend this rental to my family and friends. Proximity to Zion and Bryce is a big plus. Drive to Bryce is little longer than to Zion, but manageable. Thank you for the hospitality. Amazing
We had a blast here. The kids loved going on bike rides around the property. We loved exploring the area and seeing knew things, the owners were amazing, helpful, and gracious hosts. We will definitely be back!

BEAUTIFUL AREA!!! 3 bed 2 bath. 35 minutes to Zion National Park. 7 minutes from beautiful Quail lake, Within 30 minutes of 4 state parks. The home can sleep 8 comfortably in bed. 4 paddleboards, 3 kayaks, and peddleboat to use for free. Trailer included to haul them on. BBQ grill and picnic table on deck. Kitchen totally stocked with everything you will need. We have over 200 different varieties of fruit trees and an acre garden that you can help yoursef. Included in your stay is 2 free nights in a condo in Brian Head which is on the way to Bryce Canyon National Park. The condo has a beautiful indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, game room, exercise facility, etc.
Depending on when you come, you are welcome to help yourself to the produce from the orchard and garden. The produce is seasonal. The home is located in Leeds, UT which is 15 minutes north of St. George, and 35 minutes South of Cedar City. 15 minutes from costco and walmart. All together, This would be a totally unique and fun Vacation
35 minutes from Zion National Park. 30 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park. 5 minutes from Red Cliff state park. 7 minutes From Quail Lake state park. Located out of city limits, but can be within golf, costco, walmart, restaurants, recreation center within 15 minutes. 1 hour away from Brian Head Ski Resort and 90 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park
