Good place...can be a lot better and match the price! The property owner can improve the place by providing better internet and cable service and bigger screens. Also the outside wasn't very clean. It wasn't horrible but I feel it can look better and match the price that is being charged. If you have elderly or just adults that maybe aren't very active be aware of all the stair cases...there are many and very steep! AC leaks all over the property. The best part was the host Andy...he accommodated everything he could for us and made our stay a great one. Pet friendly back yard is something I appreciated a lot! Over all we're very happy with our stay and enjoyed the weekend...the entire family was very pleased and had a great time and that's what matters!

We had a wonderful stay
I just want to thank you Andy. We had a wonderful stay. The house is awesome and the location of the house is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, the bay and the beach. Andy reply quickly when I asked a question even with him being out of town. Can't wait to go back again and take my grand babies next time.

No worries for our entire group!
All preparations were completed before we arrived and part of our group got there early and welcomed to the property! From that point, everyone was impressed with overall condition and easy to get comfortable. The pool was a welcoming us and our family reunion had officially begun! Our host was in contact prior to and available for any questions or concerns during the whole time we were there! All appliances were in working order and extremely clean! We had a little emergency our second morning and after a brief phone call, the owner had arranged for all the necessary fixit while we were out to see the Dolphins. No worries for our entire group! I would encourage any 3 to 4 family groups to check this property out!! I surely will consider booking again and again! Thanks Andy

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, beach, grocery stores, etc. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. In Jan and Feb, I divide the property into 3 different units, accommodating Winter Texans. Please note that discounts may apply if a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival if there is a vacancy. Please inquire about the discounts.

There are a total of 8 bedrooms, 6 bedrooms having a queen in each and the other two bedrooms having 2 twins in each and there is a pull out couch.
