 Although U.S. Govt Per Diem Rate for Austin/Travis County is a min. $141 per Night, this Travis County property rent is equivalent to the Per Diem Rate of $115/night for ONE PERSON, yet a Family of 4 adults and 2 children, or three unrelated "out-of-town Consultant/Business Associates" can all have their own private room in this residence. This home is far superior to an "extended stay Hotel" due to both its greater size, luxury furnishings and its ability to accommodate a Family of 6 waiting for permanent housing to be available, or 3 Professionals, Students, or "House-mates" on a long term contract/assignment, comfortably and privately. Significant savings are achievable with a fully-stocked kitchen, and all-new appliances for meal preparation.  Bedrooms have been exquisitely furnished with a Massive Oak "California King", a Memory Foam Queen and one "Full" size Memory Foam Bed (or two twin beds) (+extra pillows).  "Docile breed" dogs under 15 lbs. are acceptable with a $200 non-refundable security deposit. We will install a small doggie door by request with a signed lease. Due to HOA restrictions, if a corporate rental, no more than four (4) unrelated individuals with 3 vehicles total will be allowed to stay under the lease with a minimum 1-Mo Lease and then Month-to-Month, prorated the last month after "30-days Notice-to-Vacate" at any point. This home is Wheelchair Accessible, with all Tile and New Laminate Flooring, and WIDE Hallways!  There is a one-time $50 Application Fee Per Adult and No Cleaning Fee, Taxes or other charges at the end of the lease!
