This home is far superior to an "extended stay Hotel" due to both its greater size, luxury furnishings and its ability to accommodate a Family of 6 waiting for permanent housing to be available, or 3 Professionals, Students, or "House-mates" on a long term contract/assignment, comfortably and privately. Due to HOA restrictions, if a corporate rental, no more than four (4) unrelated individuals with 3 vehicles total will be allowed to stay under the lease with a minimum 1-Mo Lease and then Month-to-Month, prorated the last month after "30-days Notice-to-Vacate" at any point. This home is Wheelchair Accessible, with all Tile and New Laminate Flooring, and WIDE Hallways! There is a one-time $50 Application Fee Per Adult and No Cleaning Fee, Taxes or other charges at the end of the lease!
