Love this House!
Beautifully decorated house. Linens very good quality.Plenty of parking. Excellent location. Easy booking,simple check in and out. My family of 11 including 5 children had a perfect week!!!

Disappointed
Here is what we dealt with during our week at Pineapple Shores in August 2020 1.) The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are unusable due to the incredibly strong, stale smoke smell. 2.) We lost upstairs A/C - and in the process, it caused a ceiling leak and enough water damage to the floor that a high powered fan had to run in the hallway for half of our stay to prevent mold and water damage 3.) We spent the last half of our vacation without TV and the internet because the owners had scheduled for a new service to be installed during our stay. 4.) We had technicians visiting and knocking on the door daily, asking us to deal with issues and deal with things that renters shouldn't have to deal with. The technician who was there to install the new internet service said he would need to be in the house for more than half the day. Once he found out we were renters, he apologized and said "ya'll should not have to be dealing with this." 5.) The cleanliness of the house is best described as below average. In addition to the issues with the smoke smell, the carpet throughout the home needs to be replaced As the frustration built, we ultimately decided to leave a day early. It was that bad. I'll commend the property management company (Sea Star) for getting repairmen to the home quickly. The owners put both them and us in a terrible position with this home. We asked for a partial refund and were offered 10% off a future stay.

Exterior amenities include ample parking for five vehicles, picnic table for grilling out, and a spacious yard. Interior amenities include an open living/dining/kitchen area perfect for cooking meals and enjoying time with the family. Pineapple shores also has flat screen TV’s throughout for your enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as, cookware and dishware to accommodate all guests. This is the perfect vacation home for the whole family!

Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps.
