Super views in this oceanfront condo!
This condo was a joy to stay in! We were three adults and two children and had plenty of room. There are THREE bathrooms in this condo, a real plus. Keyless entry made for easy access. We are not fans of the higher floors, and loved that it was a third floor location. This made for easy access to the beach, which was wide in this area. The views are spectacular and can be seen from the master bedroom and two sides of the living room (both have balconies that connect). The condo was comfortable and cozy . There was a nice pool that we swam in daily, and is kept very clean. There are also bathrooms on the parking level that are kept clean and neat, which is a HUGE BONUS to not have to traipse back up to the room. Parking is located on the ground floor of the building and is very convenient. The owner was a delight to deal with, communication is great, and we hope to rent again someday.

Beautiful Location
Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo! We had a wonderful week. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. My girls loved shopping at Barefoot Landing. We will definitely come back again. This place has all of the comforts of home.

We hope to keep coming back year after year...We had a wonderful view of the beach from the living room and master we also had a great view of the pool area. Enjoy a great family vacation for you and your family in a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath, and oceanfront condominium. The condo is located at 4605 South Ocean Boulevard, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 29582. You will be minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, The Pavilion, Tangier Outlets, Dixie Stampede, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, countless restaurants and approximately 120 golf courses.
The unit has two sets of sliding glass doors to one of the most spacious oceanfront balconies found on the Grand Strand where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There are chairs on the balcony for oceanfront relaxation anytime day or night.
The living area is spacious with a flat screen TV, cable, Netflix, digital audio system, DVD, XBOX-One game system (with 3 wireless controllers), XBOX games and lots of new release movies to choose from.
The condominium has wireless internet access and there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player, and a I-pod player/docking station. There are also sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a King Size bed, full bathroom, flat screen TV with Blue-ray/DVD/X-Box 360, and I-pod player/docking station. The third bedroom has two twin beds, full private bathroom. This is a perfect for a family or for three couples.
There is an oceanfront pool with multiple oceanfront sundecks and lounge chairs, a grilling area with picnic table and landscaped grounds. The covered parking lot is directly under the secured building where there are bathrooms available to guests when at the pool or beach. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's and Boats must be parked across the street in the public parking area.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED- And we reserve the right to inspect the property at any time for compliance to the Rental Agreement. NO-SMOKING- in the unit. The linen is not provided.
