My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property. The listing is exactly as described and the unit is very clean. It's location is convenient to the beach and the area is lovely. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a nice added plus. The absolute best part was the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and toys which meant I didn't have to pack my car with these items. My family and I can't wait to book this property again in the future. Mr. Reis was a great host and the welcome gifts were such a welcoming gesture. We beached, we fished, we ate great food, and we relaxed!

Wonderful vacation spot!
I think the owner's have thought of everything at this condo! From the crock pot to very nice beach stuff. My family of four was very comfortable in this condo. Very short walk to the beach and it's in a great location. Not too close to high rises so the beach wasn't crowded. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Grove Pointe! The condo was very clean and was well equipped with all that we needed for the week. Also the storage area with beach supplies was well organized and simply had everything we would have needed for the beach! There is a nice view of beach from the balcony and after simply crossing the street, walking thru public access, your on the beach. Literally might take 2 minutes! We also loved this area of Cherry Grove Beach...the beach area was not packed or over populated at all..much more quiet than most! Erik was easy to work with, very receptive to our questions, and even allowed us to arrive early on check in day! We truly enjoyed our visit and cannot wait to return!

Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This NEWLY RENOVATED second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been freshly painted, newly furnished, and equipped with appliances, towels, and bedding. Master bedroom has a Queen Bed, 32in HDTV, private bath, sliding glass door to balcony, and view of the ocean. Second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, HDTV, closet and extra dresser space. (sleeps 4 on single beds) This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, 7 with sofa (non sleeper). FREE WiFi and Cable are included. 50" Flat Screen HDTV in living room, Blu-Ray/DVD player, The dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals (save money) just like home. Stacked Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in unit.
Beach access is located across the street, spend the day in the sand, come back and relax in the private pool.
Just steps away is the quiet, wide, uncrowded beach of Cherry Grove which is ideal for biking, sun bathing, or just taking a leisurely stroll. Short walk to Cherry Grove Pier and Ice Cream! The location is so wonderful. The beach in Cherry Grove is wide and the ocean is beautiful. It is quiet compared to Myrtle Beach and very family friendly.
Minutes away are many attractions to make your vacation complete. You will enjoy public golfing, a variety of restaurants, outlet shopping, and top entertainment at Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, and House of Blues, Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, and great seafood!
This condo is located in a family friendly complex, renter must be 25 years or older, absolutely no loud noise, smoking, or occupied by anyone not listed on renters contract. Violations will result in loss of remainder of stay and deposit.
This is the only rental unit that I own and I use it for my own use often. We keep it very clean and good condition. We want our guests to enjoy their vacations away from home. We do, however, expect guests to leave the condo reasonably clean upon departure and treat as you would your own.
