Great house!!
Loved the house. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Tastefully decorated. Cleaning crew does a fantastic job as house was very clean. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Thank you... the wine drinkers in the group enjoyed it. House has everything you need for a memorable vacation. Only thing that would have been nice to have would have been a hosepipe down stairs to rinse the sand from the beach chairs and toys. Other than that house is perfect. Look forward to booking again next year.

Property was very well maintained and so clean.
Probably one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed at! Everything was so clean and nice when we arrived. Absolutely loved not having to have a key for entrance into the house. The owners were so prompt and great to work with. Will definitely stay here every chance we get!

The Perfect Home Away from Home
This house was the perfect fit for a family vacation at Ocean Lakes. It comfortably accommodated eight adults and two children, and Mr.and Mrs. Dulyea were a pleasure to work with in the months and weeks leading up to our vacation. The amenities and bedrooms were beautiful, and it truly felt as if we were right at home in this beach house. If you are looking for your perfect vacation rental, this is your place!

Our beach house (Site T-31, Tern Drive) is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Resort, a fabulous family friendly community with one mile of beautiful beach and numerous amenities including the new Water Park, Swimming Pools, Mini-Golf, Game Center, Basketball, Volleyball, Playgrounds, Skate Park, Eight Freshwater Lakes and 24 Hour Gated Security Patrol. Best of all, it's a short walk to the Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Rental facility...a definite stop for an incredibly fun vacation!
This beautiful two-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable. It features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and all the cook ware you may require. The living area features hard wood floors, a spacious family room and eat in kitchen. There is cable TV with expanded channels as well as internet access for our guests. In addition there is a grill located on the lower level, patio furniture on each of the two decks and an outside shower. A washer and dryer is provided to make your vacation complete.
Once you park your car under the beach house, the calm, friendly community of Ocean Lakes will surround you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach, or chose to enjoy the many recreational activities available with in the Ocean Lakes community. In addition there are many nearby attractions located in and around Myrtle Beach which you are sure to enjoy! Just move in, unpack and unwind!

BEDROOM#1: Master bedroom is located on the first floor. It includes a King bed and full bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
BEDROOM#2. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #3.
BEDROOM#3. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #2.
BEDROOM#4. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #5.
BEDROOM#5. Is located on the second floor and contains two Twin beds. It shares a full sized (tub/shower) bathroom with Bedroom #4.
THIS HOUSE IS NON-SMOKING AND DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
THERE IS NO GOLF CART INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL.

Ocean Lakes is the premier beach community of Myrtle Beach! You can park your car and stay on-site the entire week with plenty of activities and things to do. Be sure to rent a golf cart for added fun during your stay! If you wish to venture outside, there are more activities in Myrtle Beach than you can see in a week! The live theatre is amazing and the shopping is great. Myrtle Beach is a golfer's paradise and the there is every type of restaurant for every taste as well! Ocean Lakes and Myrtle Beach are a winning combination for a great vacation!
