I loved the Black Pearl Condo. We will stay again next September. It was wonderful and I loved all of the Bible Verses! Most relaxing beach trip in several years!!!

If you like SUNSHINE
OR if you like waking up on the planet Mercury, you will love waking up in this condo. I don't think I slept past 8am the entire week, which was AWESOME. Plenty of sunlight is an understatement. We loved our room so much more than what our friends had at the hotels nearby. It was just right. I could always ask for more, but the value was unbeatable and it felt like home. Unfortunately, I didn't find the sauna and steamroom until the last night, that made my trip for sure. Great view from the balcony, but a little scary if you are afraid of heights. The furniture and bedding was new and clean, which I am very particular about. The owners did a great job of making sure everything was taken care of, from games, to books, to beach chairs. 5 stars!

Amazing view and units
We really enjoyed staying in Treasure Chest and Driftwood! We had everything we needed , wonderful ocean front view and walking distance to the beach! Great communication with Krystie, the owner! I highly recommend them to my friends and we would be back for sure next summer! We had a wonderful time!

Awesome view
We greatly enjoyed the Sea Turtles Nest! It was just perfect for my husband and I, along with our 8 month old son! The decor and 18th floor view was beautiful and we loved the way the owners shared their faith! We will definitely book this condo again in the future!

terrible
For malicious reasons, my previous review which I put a lot of time into was removed because the host reported me as spam because she was scared that I would tell the truth. Well, here I am telling the truth yet again and hopefully she won't remove the review once again. When I stayed here with my friends, the host, Krystie, was against us from the beginning just because we were young (20). Long story short, Krystie stole half of our security deposit and when we tried to discuss the issue, she HUNG UP THE PHONE on me and then verbally attacked us regarding the fact that we were young. The most frustrating part of this whole thing is that Krystie lives in CALIFORNIA and the whole basis of her argument for the deposit was because the "cleaning took 4 hours because of sand". Now, this argument has SEVERAL GLARING issues. 1) She called us 1 hour after the cleaning guy came in so how would it take 4 hours? 2) it's a BEACH front condo, of course there would be a LITTLE sand which there was, but nothing that can't be cleaned in 15 minutes. 3) THIS WEBSITE STATES THAT IT SHOULD BE A $50 FLAT RATE CLEANING FEE BEFORE YOU BOOK IT! Where is this $200 deposit money for cleaning even COMING from? I am beyond upset at this unprofessionalism exhibited by Krystie, a very rude host. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

It is only 1.4 miles from the airport and 4 miles from Broadway at the beach. Coastal Grand Mall, Ripley's Aquarium, Family Kingdom and many other attractions are nearby.
