Beautiful hardwood floors, wood accents, sea grass rugs, and granite counter tops compliment the outdoors. An open floor plan includes a large dining table seating eight and gourmet kitchen. This well appointed kitchen offers bar top seating for three, custom tile work, and stainless steel appliances. Flat screened televisions, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are included.
Three of the five bedrooms are located on this main level. The two master suites offer king size beds, TV's, and private baths with double sink vanities. One of the two masters will have a private access to the screened in porch area. The third bedroom has a double bed and shares a bath with the living area. Upstairs are the additional two bedrooms. One has a queen and twin bed, plus access to the upper balcony. The other is perfect for the kids with two double beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The outdoor space in this home is designed for enjoying the beauty of Kiawah Island. A large front porch overlooks the courtyard and gazebo located in the center of the Atlantic Beach neighborhood. The large back screened porch, with beautiful views of the #13 hole of Turtle Point Golf Course, has enough seating to be an additional living room. With the close proximity to the beach and community pool, this is the perfect island location!
