Amazing views, close to everything
Such a great condo--- spacious for a one-bedroom and on the corner of the building so there are beach and marsh views. The beach and pool are easily accessible, and the location is in the middle of the island so it's close to everything. Love the chairs and beach items provided!

A Beautiful Condo
We had the pleasure of spending the winter in Susan's condo - December 31 to March 31.It was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, exploring, golfing, family etc. The condo is beautifully maintained and equipped, you only need bring your clothing. Susan was very accommodating and attentive - even when she went for a brief visit she left multiple contacts for us in case we needed anything. It was a winter we'll always remember and cherish.

The Best Ever
We had the pleasure of staying in Susan's condo for the month of Oct. We have been visiting Hilton Head for the past 5 years and this year was the best. The condo was perfect in very way. Clean,updated and a wonderful ocean front view. When there was a problem, example, with the mattress Susan corrected the issue the next day with a new mattress and box spring.When we had to vacate the Island because of hurricane Matthew, Susan extended are stay for an extra week at no additional cost.We will be booking this condo for next year.

Direct oceanfront beach updated condo. 1 bedroom, 1 bath with fully-equipped kitchen at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. Balcony overlooks pool and ocean. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children.
2 HD flat screen TVs with DVD, stereo, telephone with complimentary local and long-distance (US) calls, open WIFI throughout resort, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided. Family-friendly video library provided.
Ten tennis courts with pro shop, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, coin-op washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities.
Beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards provided for our guests.
Minimum age to register is 25.
