We had a wonderful time with our friends this past weekend! The property is in a great location and the we found the owners to be extremely accommodating. And you can't beat the view of the river! This property will certainly be on our list to stay again!

Great location!
Thoughtfully decorated townhouse in a great location. We took advantage of the paved walkway along the river and especially loved that the house was only a few minutes walk from downtown. We had a wonderful weekend exploring Harrisburg and found our go-to place to stay when in Harrisburg. The owners are very accommodating, thoughtful and quick to answer questions. We also found our new favorite dining spot in the neighborhood, Los Tres Cubanos, a short 5 minute walk from the house.

Perfect for business or pleasure.
We used the property for our stay while we worked the Great American Outdoor Show. It was perfect. The location was good and being able to have a place to have a quiet dinner where we could actually hear our clients was phenomenal. The kitchen was well stocked (with top shelf appliances, pots, pans, and other supplies) and it was a pleasure to be able to cook some comfort food after eating out for the previous month. There was even a gas grill in the back courtyard for grilling steaks and fish. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The thick carpet was clean and felt good on bare feet. There were even plenty of hangers in the closets not just two or three like a lot of places. The washer and dryer worked and being able to do laundry at our leisure was very nice. The downstairs was well furnished and plenty comfortable. It was one long open space going from kitchen, to dining room, to living room. The garage was also welcomed as it kept our vehicle out of the snow and rain. The owners continually checked in on us wanting to make sure we had everything we need and that everything was ok. They were gracious and very accommodating. We would all feel perfectly comfortable recommending this rental to anyone visiting the Harrisburg area.

Perfectly situated in downtown Harrisburg is the historic district of Shipoke, a residential neighborhood. This 3 story rowhome features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Central air and heat. Fully stocked kitchen with ice maker fridge. BBQ gas grill. Very walkable to all things in downtown Harrisburg. Pets are welcomed but we ask you bring a crate or gate to contain them in the kitchen if left alone.
Rental rate is all bills paid. That means we pay all utilities. It is also fully furnished house down to the spoons. If you're renting on a month to month basis, then we ask you provide towels, detergent and paper towels and toiletries.
The house is a technology wonder. We now have full keyless entry with home automation features such as lighting, thermostat and doors. You will never have to worry about lost or misplaced keys ever. We have highspeed WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HD major network cable.
If you like to cook, this is the place to do it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear. The rear patio has a picnic bench, a large BBQ grill and even an herb garden for your use during growing season. After a good meal, you have Riverfront for nice relaxing walk. The sunsets are to die for with the many bridges that Harrisburg city is known. Enjoy!
