Beautiful yard and amazing porch to relax on. We saw deer in the yard several times. We had a couple issues with the house but Payam was extremely responsive and had the issue addressed within hours. I was very impressed. The house set up is really interesting. The upstairs is truly just a big loft with a giant bathroom. We loved the space to move around in. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious!
The property is beautiful, even in winter. The house has so much room that made our wedding prep and mini family reunion so easy and special. We plan to come back to the same house any time we visit the Wallkill area.

Stylish house, Idyllic place.
My wife and I spent a really wonderful week in Payam's lovely house. The house is MUCH better than its photos! It is so beautiful, stylish and artistic. Every detail is a piece of art. The location is quiet and peaceful. The tastefully landscaped property has a pond that is a great place for meditations. A heavenly Awosting state park is right across the road. Also, it was a great pleasure to communicate with Payam. I am sure we will come again. Anton and Oleysa

Beautiful, bright designer renovated house located 90 minutes from GW Bridge on a very quiet secluded dead-end road in the woods adjacent to state land.
