If you like an old style Victorian Home this is the house for you. It is walking distance to Main Street Oneonta. Only wish there was a television in the room we chose to stay in. Highly recommend this property and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

Victorian charm
If you're a Victorian house aficionado, this place is for you. The woodwork is elegant, and interior space abounds. The house is conducive to relaxation, and it's well-equipped for travelers. The neighborhood, a one block walk from lots to see and do on Main Street, is lovely. Owner Dave was able to accommodate us for a short stay, and he was a pleasure to work with, as was the caretaker, Frank, who was able to meet us for a mid-evening arrival.

Unbelievable house, owner and vacation!
This house fit all our needs to have both sides of our family stay and watch my son play at Allstar Village. Everyone had their own bedroom. The house has so much character and was in such a convenient location to downtown. The front and back porches were used every day! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!! A+!

The best location in the area! This beautiful historic 7 bedroom 4 bath home is located in the heart of the city. It is a main attraction for Cooperstown All Star Village, Dreams Park, Hartwick College, and Oneonta State University parents/alumni. You can walk to Main Street that is a block away to many shops and restaurants.
It is an ideal spot for Wedding parties to stay!
The front or back porch is the place to be in the evenings for a glass of wine or early morning coffee. Full kitchen and butlers pantry with plenty of cabinet space. We have all the utensils for cooking meals. New washer/ dryer. Fully furnished
