We rented the upper level of the house, family of 4 (2 kids) plus 2 Grandma's - we had a very pleasant stay the owner is very helpful and courteous - the home is very well kept, and is a quick walk to the town and Uncle Sams boat tour location.

Great Stay
My sister and I rented the lower level of this house for 3 nights along with our kids (total of four children ages 9, 11, 12 & 15) for a family "affordable" trip. The house was an excellent choice as it provided us with lots of space to spread out and was very clean. We enjoyed the stay both at the house and in Alexandria Bay. We were able to walk into town and not worry about driving and finding parking. The kitchen is a full kitchen and they even had a grill we could have used outside if we wanted to. The owner of the house was very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property.

House can sleep 13 people comfortably or can be rented separately to sleep 6 in a private upstairs unit and 7 in a private downstairs unit. (No internal connection between the two private units.) Upstairs is newly remodeled, furnished with brand new queen size beds in each room. 1.5 bathrooms with bathroom off master bedroom that includes a stand up shower. Upstairs kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, range, microwave, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator and stainless steel counter tops.
Downstairs unit includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds plus one king size bed and one futon in sitting room. One full bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range and microwave, dining room with table seating for 6. Driveway parking. Rental faces Green Creek. 18' boat can dock at back of property, outboards with tilt only. Kayaks can also be delivered to the house for one $15.00 charge. Three blocks from downtown Alex Bay so you can walk to Uncle Sam Boat Tours, all the stores, restaurants and events, yet set in a private, peaceful area in the village. Whole house rents for $600 a night, upstairs rents for $350 a night and downstairs for $250. Winter discount offered at 50% off. The months of May and September, after Labor Day, are offered at 40% and June is offered at 30% off regular rate. Special deals are often available, so feel free to contact the owners
