Detailed Description:
Casa Wisteria is just what you have been looking for, only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza (.8 miles). Imagine yourself entering through a sky blue painted wooden door supported by classic adobe plaster walls into a patio you never want to leave. Then you open the front door to your adobe home and the gracious living room is so inviting you and your family and friends decide to sit and gather around its stunning kiva fireplace and settle into your Santa Fe Style home. The living room is open and comfortable with an open space layout to both the inside and outside dining areas. The large picture windows flood the main room with natural light. This room features high wood ceilings and vigas that are white washed adding to the light of this room. Here everybody can relax after a hard day exploring the sights and sounds of Santa Fe in front of large flat screen TV as well. There aretwo sleeper sofas, one queen and one full in the living room as well so the home can accommodate up to six. The Mexican tile floors through out the house have radiant heat for those chilly winter nights. In the summer you will be so comfortable with the Mitsubishi air conditioning with individual room controls for comfort. The Mitsubishi units also provide heat for quick warmups on cool mountain nights.

Your kitchen is delightful with hand made handsome New Mexican tin cabinetry and natural stone tile. White washed wooden cabinetry and of course is fully equipped. The kitchen opens to the dining and living room.

Down the hall on the main first floor is your master bedroom. The master includes a king size bed with gorgeous bedding with its own 42” flat screen TV. One of the most inviting features of the master is the French doors which open to a private patio just off the master were the couple staying in this room can enjoy a glass of wine and some privacy. An old wisteria vine graces the portal giving the home its name. The master has a full bath with a walk in shower, separate tub and a double sink. All detailed with natural stone tiles.

Upstairs you will get gentle views of the mountains out of the second bedroom windows. The second queen bedroom has its own bathroom with walk in shower and again delightful natural stone tile.

Enjoy Santa Fes famed sunsets from the quiet oasis of your front patio. Home is equipped with table and chairs, patio furniture, a portal, stone work, a sweet birdbath and intimate gardens. Here you will be tempted to stay home and barbecue instead of taking in one of Santa Fes fine restaurants.
