Recently stayed with and adult children,their spouses and my granddaughter 9/10-9/17 Great location right on the lake, nice sandy beach area , good sized yard for kan jam etc Nice fireplace outdoors to take the chill off the night and the morning Pool table in the basement was a big plus for night time activities Good lay out of the bedrooms and the view from the master bedroom from its deck can't be beat Close to activities Owner was responsive and very friendly A great time, looking forward to returning

Perfect home for our vacation.
Thank you for your prompt responses to my emails, even a phone call when we were looking for a last minute rental. Your home was clean (even your outdoor gas grill was very clean!) and more than we expected. The property is a gem, the lakefront was perfect for us to swim and fish day and night, and the location was ideal and quiet. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay on the lake. We stayed with our young children and older family members and it was perfect for everyone. We look forward to another vacation there in the future!

I have seventy feet of private beach gradual slope going onto Lake Winnipesaukee, also a forty foot boat dock. The house consists of a full unfinished basement above ground with a gas fireplace, a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, refrigerator, two TVs couches chairs two sliding glass doors going out to a patio on the water side. Then you go up to the first floor on the water side there is a living-room, kitchen combination. Also with a gas fireplace, a sliding glass door going out to a good size deck on the water side with a beautiful mountain view of the Ossipee Mountain Range. A full bath on the first floor with two bedrooms one has a queen size bed with a set of bunks the other has a queen size bed. Then you go up to the top floor on the water side we have a `12’x24’ master bedroom with a sliding glass door going out to a small deck, a king size bed and a sitting area. Also on the top floor has a full bath room and the fourth bed room which has a queen size bed and a double size bed, it sleeps twelve. All the rooms, including the bed rooms and up stairs bathroom have a TV with cable hookups. We have wireless Wi-Fi internet, VCR,. DVD player and a gas grill.
