"Our whole family (17 of us including a baby) had a fabulous time at this BEAUTIFUL vacation home. Everything was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Located on a cove, it is in a lovely setting. We spend hours and hours in the water, (boating and swimming and fishing off the dock) and enjoying the peace and tranquility of nature. Most nights we enjoyed roasting marshmellows and grilling out. The kitchen was beautiful and completely equipped so that we were able to prepare our meals and eat there. The deck is beautiful and we played games and enjoyed looking out at the water. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room with the foosball game. The pool table was a highlight. They spent hours in the hot tub. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Camdenton was within 10 minutes so that we were able to purchase supplies as needed. I highly recommend this incredible home. Thank you for a lovely vacation." Date of arrival: July 29, 2017

"This property is outstanding. Everything was very nice and clean and was very comfortable. Amazing week at this house. Our 13 guest were very comfortable. The kitchen was dream to cook in and all the bedrooms and living space were nicely decorated and very spacious. Very few steps to the dock. The kids enjoyed the oversized bunk bed room. The house also had a very nice pool table, foosball table and gaming chairs for the XBOX. If you are looking for a large home for a nice retreat for family gatherings this house has a lot to offer. You will love this incredible home located near the 31 mile marker just West of Camdenton. This six bedroom, four and a half bath, 4500 square foot home is nestled in a cove just past the Niangua bridge about 20 minutes from Osage Beach. Features include a master suite with a private deck, large walk-in shower, king bed and wet bar located on the upper level along with the laundry and garage. A half level down you will find three guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a half bath. Continuing to the lower level, features include an additional master suite with a private bath located just off living and dining area. The Chef's kitchen includes a Viking gas stove, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to make a great meal for the entire family. The dining area and breakfast bar has seating for 10-12 guests. Just off the kitchen and dining area is the large bunk & game room. The bunk room can sleep six guests in two bunk beds with twin over full beds. From the lower level you can walk out onto the large deck overlooking the water. A sand beach area with a fire pit and lounge chairs awaits you, as does the lakeside hot tub! The large dock has one slip available and you can also tie up on the side in this peaceful cove just off the main channel. Great location for swimming, fishing and boating.

Boating, water skiing, tubing, jet ski's, swimming and sailing can be enjoyed all summer long along with horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fine dining and many more activities! Our lake actually has more shoreline than the entire state of California. We have a large outlet mall as well as many great local shops to choose from, three state parks, a music show, go karts, mini-golf, boat rentals, arcades and more.....
