It would take about 10 minutes to walk to the beaches, either the Camp Ellis Beach (closer) or the Ferry Beach. (parking pass provided). You could also bike down or drive your car. The home has two separate entrances. The one in the rear has a handicap ramp if needed, plenty of parking. Nice deck on rear with gas BBQ grille & patio set. Home has microwave, cableTV, washer/dryer and a large living room and two good-sized bedrooms. BED SETUP: Master has a trundle which opens making it a king. & 2nd b/r has a full + a set of bunks (full on bottom; ttwin on top). Futon in living room. Sleeps 5 in beds 7 with futon.
