Home offers Washer/dryer; VCR/DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable TV, gas BBQ, 1-1/2 baths, one with a tub/shower combo; deck with tidal marsh views at high tide; 2nd TV in master b/r. Parking for 2 cars, one in driveway and the other out front at street.
BED SETUP: One b/r has a queen; 2nd b/r has a queen; 3rd b/r has bed with full on bottom & twin on top. Sleeps 7 in beds. Limited to 7 people. Walking distance to a mile-long jetty to fish, two great restaurants, gift shop, marina, public dock where private & fishing vessels are in the harbor. Nearby is a general convenience store which features daily lobster catch during season & will cook to perfection while you wait and also serves a great breakfast. Small dogs okay with permission. No cats allowed due to owner's severe allergy.
