Just walk down the street to the beach-will ake about a minute. BED SETUP: Master b/r on 1st level off of living room, has a TV, king sized bed, A/C in master b/r. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and 1full-size bed. The living room has a futon, which opens to full size mattress & a daybed which also opens to 2 twin mattresses. Sleeps 6 in beds;10 using futon & daybed. (although I feel 10 would be too crowded). Very large porch; New 37" HD TV in living room; DVD/VCR player; bath with tub/shower combo; washer/dryer; heat; microwave; wireless internet; gas BBQ grille, 2-car parking. This house is "cottagy". Part of the new porch is enclosed with windows.
Available spring & fall @ "off-season" rates.Walking distance to a mile-long jetty to fish, two great restaurants, marina, public dock with private & fishing vessels in the harbor. Nearby is the Camp Ellis General Store with daily lobster catch during season cooked perfectly. Whale watching & deep sea fishing boats leave from the docks in Camp Ellis. Kayak rentals nearby for use on the Saco River. Five minutes to Old Orchard; 10 minutes to Funtown & 15 minutes to the Aquaboggin on Rte.
