This spacious 1700 sqft condo is located on the 3rd floor corner unit with amazing views of the ocean, beaches, islands, and the harbor. The private elevator and optional connecting Penthouse above allow for groups of up to 12 when rented together. If you're visiting during peak season (December-April) you will see Humpback whales breaching the ocean’s surface as they mate and breed here in Maalaea Bay yearly. Enjoy walking or running along miles of white sandy beach, or swimming with the turtles in the ocean. Directly in front of unit is the world famous 'Freight Trains' surf spot aka 'Maalaea Pipelines'.The location is amazing if you're planning to see everything Maui has to offer. The Harbor also offers restaurants, snorkel rentals, shopping, and an ice cream & cookie shop. It gets better, walk to the Maui Ocean Center (a favorite Hawaii attraction), or Maui Golf & Sports Park- Enjoy this tropical miniature golf putting course, bumper boats (with water guns), rock climbing, and the x-treme trampoline. Great fun for everyone! If you like to snorkel, scuba dive, snuba, or sportfishing, then take one of several excursions that leave the harbor daily. The sunset dinner cruise is always a great romantic way to start the evening. There is so much to do within walking distance and even more with Maalaea being centrally located; it makes for the best Maui vacation experience.

As I mentioned above, the Milowai Dolphin Suite is located directly below our Penthouse better known as the Milowai Dolphin Penthouse. The penthouse is beautiful thanks to my Mother Kim who has a natural God given talent for decorating and design. She transformed the Penthouse from a 2 bedroom 2 bath to a 3 bedroom 3 bath to meet the demand for people needing 3 bedrooms. The Milowai Dolphin Suite was purchased with that same idea in mind, to meet the needs of what many guests are searching for and having a difficult time finding, and that's accommodations for larger groups. The Penthouse and Suite share a private elevator that that opens directly into each unit, and each unit has a different key which determines where the elevator stops. This allows the flexibility to rent each unit independently or together by providing the appropriate key or keys to each guest.
Be prepared for some wonderful wonderful upgrades to this lovely condo. If you like the look and style of the Penthouse mentioned above, then you are sure to love the planned improvements at the Milowai Dolphin Suite.
The Milowai Dolphin Suite is our latest property purchased to offer convenience for larger groups seeking additional accommodations nearby. If you need 2 condos that will accommodate 12 people total, please take a look at the Milowai Dolphin Penthouse which is located directly above this condo on the 4th floor. Both units have a private elevator that opens directly into the condo. You will appreciate the conveinece from the parking area (both condos have assigned parking nearest the building and private elevator)

It's located right on Maalaea Harbor which is ideal to be able to walk to restaurants, Maui Ocean Center, Miniture golf, bumper boats, ice cream & cookie shop, beach walks, snorkeling, and so much more.
