It has a very large bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet with organizer, TV mounted on the wall, nightstands and lamps.
The bedroom is separate and has a door you can shut and be able to sleep. The bathroom is in the hallway so another party can access the bathroom without coming thru the bedroom.
It has a full bath with tub and shower combination with a nice vanity. Bath, towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are furnished. Beach towels are also furnished.
The flooring is laminate wood and tile in the kitchen and bath with nice throw rugs for your comfort. There are ceiling fans to keep you cool and be able to enjoy the great trade winds of Hawaii. There is an air conditioner in the living room and in the bedroom.
The living area has a fold out sofa, with a bar from the kitchen that seats 2 people. There is a TV with cable and Free Wifi. There is a lanai off the living room with table and chairs where you can enjoy a beautiful Manoa Valley view where you can often times see fantastic rainbows in the mornings and it the evenings.
The Royal Kuhio building is located at 2240 Kuhio Ave. in the middle of Waikiki. It is near the beach and all the Waikiki attractions. You will have a free parking stall assigned to you so you can go to a grocery store to buy your food and come back and cook your meals in the condo. This will save you tons of money. This building has a huge recreation deck on the 7th floor with a swimming pool, lounge chairs, pool table, and ping pong table, putting green, and a Bar-B-Que area. It also has a gym and a sauna.
You are just 2 blocks from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center which is four blocks long and 4 stories high. There is a great food court on the 2nd floor where everyone can have their choice of food. You can "shop til you drop" in all the fantastic stores in the shopping center. You can find several restaurants in the shopping center such as the Cheese Cake factory, PF Chang's, Beijing Chinese Seafood Restaurant, and Bikini Beach Cafe, Morning Glass Coffee + Cafe, Doraku Sushi, and Il Lupino Trattoria & Wine Bar.
