The kitchen cabinets and a stove are all in new conditon. Everything you need for vacation is waiting in the unit. It has all linens, towels, beach chair and umrella ready for you to use. Marco Polo Resort is located right on a beach. It has all amenities like Gym, pool, restaurants, parking. The location is very convenient: walking distance to the Publix, Walgreens, local shops and restaurants. There is a great shaded playground across the road. Aventura Mall is 5 minutes driving. Sunny Isles is very modern and upscale city, which has very expansive and luxurious buildings, it is very beautiful at night and during the day. This resort is a great place for vacation for the whole family.
There are 5 studios in this resort. They all have balcony with great views. Some of them have direct ocean view, side ocean view, inter coastal. You can see them from pictures attached.
They all have good furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped. We provide with linings and towels. They all have basic tv and internet as well as AC.
