Watch the sailboats and yachts go by and the dolphins playing while relaxing in the heated pool or hot tub. After taking in the views, maybe you are musically inclined to play the Baby Grand Piano. This is for you to enjoy. There is a large dining table with extra chairs to seat 10+.

The great room has a very comfy sofa you will probably fall asleep in, 55' LCD TV/DVD, and a high top bar table for two. A BOSE with bluetooth and dock for your music. Views of the waterway from this room also.
Second bedroom has a large queen sleigh bed and a twin bed. This room also has views of the waterway and a 32'LCD TV/DVD.
The third bedroom has another queen size bed, twin bed, and a full size mahogany desk with DSL wireless connection for your computer with 32' LED TV/DVD. Tiled bathroom with shower between these two bedrooms.
The fourth bedroom is another master suite with king bed and private bathroom with shower and a close up 22"LCD TV/DVD. All bedroom furniture is of high quality.
Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with double ovens, stainless small appliances, Stainless refrigerator with water/ice in door, Kitchenaid stainless dishwasher, 100 sq. ft. of granite countertops, 48 cabinets with all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils you will ever need. Kitchen has a LED 19' TV.
More beautiful views from the kitchen with glass doors to the top deck with stairs to the pool area. The home has a newly built fishing dock which many people have caught flounder,red fish,cat fish, shark,etc. Short fence all along the seawall for safety for small children and pets. Best of all and very unique your own private boat ramp in the back yard. Bring your small boat and enjoy fishing or perfect for jet skiis. Large garage with doors in the front and back of the garage to utilize the boat ramp. This boat ramp is perfect for my 15.5 ft. Boston Whaler or the kayaks, but a taller or larger boat may use the boat ramp only 500 feet away. This is a neighborhood boat ramp that is perfect for your boat. The County re-constructed this ramp and made it great for your boat. Not much parking for the public, so it is not crowded at all. Perfect for my home since I am two doors away. You will truly enjoy this awesome home. You will have a great time with the three kayaks complete with life jackets and paddles that I have provided for your enjoyment. Waterway has plenty of areas for kayaking without the wake. Kayaks easy to launch on your own boat ramp in the back yard.

You will love this home and want to return year after year. The pool is a heated volleyball pool which means the center is the deepest at about 6 feet. Volleyball net and ball in the garage. Great views from pool, and hot tub and most rooms from this home.
