Cottage 1 is a two story Duplex with Spectacular Ocean View and Breezes from the 40' Covered Lanai. Completely re-designed and renovated to accomodate your family, it has everything you could want on vacation. All done with Top of the Line Finishes from Ancient Heart of Pine floors specially milled for Seaside Cottages to Custom Built Kitchen Cabinets with loads of glass. It looks like it came right out of Coast Living. The open floor plan allows Ocean views from almost every room. The Dining room with shimmering shell chandelier opens to the Greatroom with 65' wall mount TV. You have acess to Comcast On Demand, Wireless Internet and Free Long Distance. I even got you a streaming box so if you have Netflix at home you can enjoy your favorites with your friends. Games too I think?
The Kitchen comes with new "Top-of-the-line" Stainless Appliances including French Door Refrigeragor, Microwave, super quiet Dishwasher and Convection "Double" oven to make it easier to cook for large groups (though if you rent the entire duplex you have a second kitchen below). It is fully equipped with Pottery Barn dishes and glasses, pots and pans, serving dishes, crock pot, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender.....etc. Just let me know if you think I am missing anything!
WOW! Is the only word to describ it. Unbelievable ocean views and breezes and HUGE. It is over 40' long with 4 distince sitting areas. There is a grouping of Adirandik charis. Then a sofa and chair set. Next a Teak Dining set that sits 10 and in the open area some beach lounge chairs with optional cover! This is where you are going to spend your time. It is "Wonderful"
Upstairs are two large Bedrooms with King Size Beds. Pictured here is the Ocean front bedroom that opens to the covered patio and includes a sofa that converts to a single bed for additional sleeping. Both have 42' wall mounted TVs, soft blue walls and all white Linens.
Second King Bedroom with window Oceanview and captive bath.Unique "Old fashion Fan" ceiling fans with low light profiles. All bedroom with closet doors vs bifolds and dark oil rubbed handles.
The main bath has a large jetted Tub surrunded by white Carrara Marble with old-fashion Penny Tile Floors and Carrara Marble Counter top. All have unique Farm Faucets and White Wainscoat with Towel Hooks.
This is the captive bath off the back bedroom with Pedistal Sink, Wainscot and large 6' Shower. Each guest receives a full set of towels including Beach Towels for their stay. Liquid soap and hair dryers are also provided along with Toilet Paper.
This is something your little ones will talk about for years. I did it at my first Beach house, The Chautauqua, and it was a big hit. There are two short Bunks off the main Greatroom, each with their own mounted TV. The little ones can campout here for hours in pure joy with their games and watch their DVDs. Comes with side shelf, latter and storage shelf for suitcases.
The Duplex includes a 4 car garge for parking, Laundry, Outdoor Shower and a paver patio with combination Gas or Charcoal grill. Gas will be provided but please bring your charcoal if preferred. Rent the Whole Cottage 1 in Summer. Rest of the year you can rent top or bottom floor depending on the size of your group.
