Minimum StayPerfect Townhouse in Gulf Place
Townhouse was in a perfect location in Santa Rosa Beach with lots of extra amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and the "beach closet" had chairs, , towels, umbrellas, cooler, wagon and beach toys galore. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and close to the pool. Holly was quick to respond to any questions I had about the unit and the area. The beach is just a quick walk across 30A. We also drove to the Grayton State Park Beach- easy parking, clean on site bathrooms and close to the famous Red Bar. Definitely would recommend The Bay restaurant which is a local favorite. We will definitely be back with the rest of our family. Thank you for sharing your home!

This place is great
The house was exactly what we were wanting. It is very clean and well kept. Plenty of room with comfortable beds. The beach was georgeous and just right across 30A from the development. The atmosphere in Santa Rosa Beach is a lot more quiet and laid back, exactly what we were looking for.

Best Family Vacation at Almost Eden
Almost Eden was a perfect vacation for our family. We had eight people staying at Almost Eden and everyone had only positive feedback. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a breeze. The closet was full of fun stuff the kids (and adults) could use on the beach, including water toys, water boards, cooler with wheels, wagon, beach umbrellas, and a number of beach chairs. The house was super clean and the beach was beautiful and not crowded. This was a perfect getaway that allowed us and encouraged us to do exactly what we wanted, when we wanted to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be returning.

Loose yourself in this beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, 2 -1/2 bathroom townhouse in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach at prestigious Gulf Place. Enjoy the open living area with high ceilings, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and custom tile flooring. You can spend time reading or relaxing on the screened porch area or enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch off the Master Bedroom.
The kids can enjoy their favorite movies on DVD and VCR's, which are conveniently located in all bedrooms. Parents will enjoy the surround sound as it makes movies come alive in the downstairs living area. The Master Bathroom has a jetted garden tub for relaxing and a two-person, seated shower.
Families will enjoy the open spaces in Gulf Place that make it so attractive to allow kids to ride bikes or play ball in a less crowded, friendly environment. Miss Lucille's coffee and Ice-cream shop is located in Gulf Place and is a favorite place for parents to relax with a cappuccino and one of their famous desserts while accessing high speed wireless internet for your laptop or use one of the computers in the cafe.
During the summer, a free concert series is held each Sunday night just outside your door. Take the lawn chairs or blanket to spread out on the large area of manicured grass to hear some of the best musicians in the area.
