This home has an open floor plan with a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed. The dining room has a table with seating for 4. The master bedroom is large and has a king bed. There is a full bath off the master. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have walk in closets with plenty of hanger and shelf space. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your daily cooking needs. There is a pantry, new countertop, new sink, new dishwasher, new refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer. There is a large Florida room with a table and 4 chairs, a tiki bar, a desk and chair and a flat screen TV. This home has everything for a comfortable, enjoyable vacation.
The backyard is fenced in with an in ground pool and gas grill. There is WiFi throughout the home. There are 4 flat screen TV's with HBO and many more movie and sports channels. There is central air throughout.
The home is located approximately 15 minutes from the beach. There are many miles of uncrowded and pristine beaches with easy access, bathrooms, pavilions and dune walkovers. Jensen Beach and Vero Beach are nearby. The Palm Beaches, with waterparks, boardwalks, beaches, and many activities are 40 minutes south. The Space Coast is approximately 1 hour north with the Kennedy Space Center which has a space shuttle on display. Historic Fort Pierce is nearby with a welcome center, the Navy Seals museum and the Sunrise Theatre. There is deep sea fishing closeby, some of the best on the east coast. There are many airboat and pontoon boat tour nearby. There is horseback riding on the beach, surfing, snorkling, shell collecting and treasure hunting. There are animal sanctuaries, zoos and aquariums nearby. Tradition Field, the home of the NY Mets spring training is 10 minutes away. There are many golf courses very close, PGA village is 15 minutes away. There are horse race tracks, cansinos, farmers markets all very close.
