We stayed in unit 1802 and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was very well stocked with all you need in the kitchen! The bathroom contained a set of towels . All the rooms were very clean and well taken care of!! I would recommend this condo to anyone. It is well worth the money!!! This was the best vacation we have ever!!!!!! The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The pools are very clean and access to the beach was easy. Thank you Pam and Bill for sharing your amazing condo with us!

Great condo!
Everything was as described, it was clean, stocked, and comfortable. The staff in the office were very nice as well. We had no issues with the condo the entire time we were there.

Great property
Rental unit was very clean and exactly has described. Had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. Really nice having the beach towels and cooler so we didn't have to pack them. I would highly recommend this unit.

IS ALCOHOL STILL ALLOWED ON THE BEACHY Some have the misconception that alcoholic beverages are no longer allowed on the beaches at PCB. This law only applies during Spring Break. The rest of the year alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.
Property Features: Decor’ is West Indies eclectic. 9-foot ceilings, ceramic tile and carpet, crown moldings, 6-panel doors, ceiling fans, Corian double vanity in master bath, Corian kitchen counter top, dishwasher, free WIFI, 3 flat screen TV's, full-sized washer/dryer in laundry room, breakfast bar with bar stools, king-sized bed in master and guest suites and bunk area with 2-twin beds (with a Gulf view!) . There is a queen-sized inflatable air bed available if additional sleeping is required. The condo sleeps a total of 8. The kitchen is generously equipped. The 40 x 10 ft. balcony has dining table w/4-chairs, 2 chaise loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs.
There is a game room with arcade and an exercise facility with TV and a view overlooking the pools to the Gulf. The Gulf-side parking building has reserved parking and open parking; both on ground level and in the building. Two large swimming pools, kiddy pool and 2 hot tubs are available. One of the large pools is heated when weather is cooler. For your light lunch, snacks and beverages, a tiki bar is at poolside. For the Beach: 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Beach concessions are available on the beach in front of the resort; para sailing, jet skis, etc.
Within 2 blocks:
Dining: Hammer Head Fred’s, Mushroom Pizza, Guadalajara’s Mexican, Wendy’s, Subway, etc.
Entertainment: Go-cart track, miniature golf, arcade, rides for the small kids and a wine shop with generous tasting for the adults.
Gulf Crest is located right on the beach. There's an amusement park a block away with rides for adults and children. Restaurant and bar within 1000 ft.
