My family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and a baby) had a wonderful week at this home. We travel from Munich, Germany once a year to visit our father in law who lives in nearby Kings Lake. Because we added a family member this year we wanted something a bit bigger than staying with him in his 2 bedroom. This 3 bedroom home in Crown Pointe was truly lovely. And that's the difference - it had the feeling of a home rather than just a rental. Everything you could imagine wanting or needing and then some has been thought of. Tons of fresh beach and bath towels, games, beach gear, a printer, really fast wifi, a fully, fully stocked kitchen.... The beds were comfortable and the house was spic and span clean. We also loved the pool. It was actually quite large - plenty of room for splashing and playing (our 8 year old spent hours in it every day), and clean, and not overly chlorinated. Because of the way the pool and lanai are situated, it never got too hot. And having the outdoor dining table overlooking the pool (and lake) gave everyone what they needed - sun or shade. The house is very close to a grocery store (and Starbucks) - and only about 10-15 minutes from the beach. The only thing missing was baby gear (crib, highchair) - but this was easily solved by renting from one of the several local operators that will rent this daily or weekly. We would highly recommend this house and plan on coming back at least once a year!

Wonderful, Relaxing, Trip
I rented this home for my parents to help them celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. My parents said it was a beautiful home, extremely clean, and the pool was wonderful. They said they only used a fraction of the home. Plenty of room for more people. My dad said he didn't want to leave (Not that I blame him). They said it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall they were pleased with the location of the home and enjoyed their trip the Naples area. They said they would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit this area. A++++++

Awesome Home
My son and I spent 6 nights at this beautiful home for a trip to Florida for a nephew's wedding. The house is immaculate, spacious and tasteful. We swam in the pool everyday and grilled out twice. We sat outside almost everyday and enjoyed the lake view. Great neighborhood and very relaxing. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. I had family down for the wedding come to visit and everyone was impressed with how nice the home was.Great communication with owner Michelle. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This beautiful, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2600 sq. ft of living space is located in the Crown Point subdivision offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. On a cul -de- sac this lake home has a beautiful private pool with covered lanai and Weber gas grill.A lovely setting for enjoying sunsets and dinners.
An eat in fully gourmet kitchen recently renovated with granite countertops and new cabinets overlooks the pool and lanai. The family room with Flat screen tv dvd and stereo also leads out to lanai area.We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 and a separate living room furnished with a desk and fax machine for those who insist on working.The home is wireless.
The home has a split floor design that wraps around the pool and lanai, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath with soaking tub and shower and this section is closed off by a pocket door. There are twins in the rooms or the beds can be made into kings. Both bedrooms have their own TVs.The master bedroom suite overlooks the pool and lanai and offers a king size bed, flat screen tv, large closet,and reading area. The master bath has a soaking tub and walk in shower.
The home has recently been renovated with new tile and carpeting and furniture. All you need are your clothes to rest and relax.
