Personal touch and spacious feel.
Christian meets each guest personally and takes the time to show you the apt as well as the complex. The parking space is in a great location. The feel of the condo is spacious and bright. It is an excellent rental Christian also answers any phone calls quickly and is very helpful. I have stayed in many Sunny Isles rentals and highly recommend this one!!

Great place, great hostess
This is not my first time in this condo; I've been coming since 2012. But this is the best unit I've been spending my holidays in. And Christian is, by far, the best hostess I've been related to. The apartment is just perfect for me: tidy, clean and plenty of accessories to enjoy the beach without having to think in anything but you Crocs! Christian is as far as a whatsapp message distance and he answers immediately. If you need something, he will show in less than 15 minutes. I will surely come back next november and highly recommend this unit and the hostess.

I had a great experience! Christian was a great host and greeted my party upon arrival! Excellent communication and was easily accessible throughout our stay. The unit was exactly as described in the photos and was very clean with excellent amenities! I would definitely recommend this rental to travelers, and hope to stay again in the future!!!

Beautiful Penthouse apartment on Top 17th Floor with amazing water and city views and private terrace, located just across the beach over iconic Collins Ave. (Ocean Reserve Condo), with 1 bedroom and 1,5 baths (one full bathroom and one toilet), completely newly renovated, furnished, and fully equipped. It includes one FREE fixed covered parking space located just in front of the elevators so no need to walk hundreds of feet across the parking area to get to your car (that's a $30 per day value already included free with the Penthouse!!).
It also includes complimentary full beach gear for adults and kids (beach chairs, coolers, stroller, beach umbrella, picnic mat, body surf board, and full beach gear for kids!), as well as complimentary tennis racquets and balls, and a dedicated fiber optics system with lightning fast 250 mbps speed Wi-Fi, and two smart TVs with a premium channel package including HBO HD and more. All linens and towels included.
Also included is unlimited free access to the full fitness center, to both giant pools, free access to the pool cabanas, as well as to the lounge & game room.
