We found that the hotel/condo building was a very busy place to be. The unit was great and the valet parking helped a ton! Note that the laundry facilities are in the basement and require quarters, so bring your change. Beach access was easy and the security staff was very friendly. The owner was very responsive during stay and that helped to! I had a rental dress delivered to the building without any problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable. Great Owner!
We are so happy that we chose to stay at this rental. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and with a wonderful view. The owner was wonderful and even worked with us when we through him a curve and lost the keys. He worked it out to get us the spare set in hours. He was very kind and we really appreciate it. The unit is small but could fit four adults very comfortably. You'll need to provide your own coffee and groceries, but everything else is there for you including some beach umbrellas and beach chairs. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Miami beach overlooks ocean. Rent per day, weekly or monthly. Direct access to beach, Balcony facing direct ocean front. Free parking, big pool, GYM, Tennis court, free wifi, cable. Furnished resort style big building in a quiet area close to South Beach.
Towels, sheets, linen provided. Microwave, refrigerator, cooking plate with two burners. No stove. Eleventh floor provides an amazing view of ocean, and beach.
Imagine having breakfast or an early evening drink in this setting!
Big building next to world famous resorts such as the Foutainblue.
