Squeaky clean. All you needed to bring was your toothbrush and clothes. Such a relaxing stay. We hated to go home. Such a unique location. Close to beaches, Tarpon Springs, Johns Pass, and Clearwater, and Ybor City. Can't Waite to rebook.

Everything is exactly
Last year on our honeymoon we were "duped" by old/fake pictures. This rental was everything we saw and more. All of the previous renters filled out a guest book with local finds and attractions that the liked, not to mention Lisa (owner) and all the previous renters seem to be great people, the house is stocked with necessities, there's a pack and play, booster seat, pool and beach toys....anything you think you forgot is probably there. There is a county park within walking distance, 3 beaches within a 10-15 minute drive, and countless amazing restaurants. The pool on site is great, the neighborhood seemed safe, we don't have one complaint, and as soon as we walked in we sighed in relief that we got exactly what was advertised. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Me and my wife took our 2 and 12 year olds and we all loved everything about the house and the area!

The place was great.
Lisa was a delight to have as a host. We enjoyed each and every day staying at her place. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. We very much enjoyed sitting on the patio and gazing at the pool, also taking leisurely walks around Taylor Park with Angus our dog. A great place to eat is PJ'S Oyster Bar in Indian Rocks Beach, the grouper sandwich (blackened ) is a must. I enjoyed it no less than seven times in our two months there. Another treat would be John's Pass, lots of shops, good food and drink. But most of all this is a wonderful place to stay. We are booked for next year and can't wait to come back. Paradise in Largo, Florida
My husband and I arrived here on September 1st., and have stayed at this duplex for the whole month of September, 2016. We have been here several times before and continue to love this area. There is so much to do around here. We were busy every day going to the southwest rec Center on Vonn Rd., adventures often using our rental car. We travelled to Disney World for a couple of days. We often drove to see several lovely towns north of here, south of here, etc. We love the beautiful beaches all along the coast. Our favourite is Anna Maria Island , just west of Bradenton, but investigate yourself. The shopping around here is unreal as well, with many malls, discount stores, as well as higher end shopping. The Dali museum is unforgettable. There are several art galleries to visit in downtown St. Petersburg. Also many parks like Taylor Park is just a short walk down the street to the east, where you will see several alligators swimming around in the lake there. Truly we highly recommend this duplex to stay in, as we often swim on the pool here as well in the backyard. We will be back next year . I also wanted to mention that this duplex is easy to get here from the Tampa airport. Great restaurants all along the Gulf Blvd.

This fabulous, easy-going and relaxing get-away for friends, couples, a family or solo travelers, is a comfortable duplex in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, near beaches. The fenced and landscaped backyard with non-heated pool is shared with a lovely family in the next door unit. The yard and pool are maintained by weekly services, but the pool will need regular surface skimming for the leaves by guests when they want to use the pool.
