I stayed a month in Winnie's retreat and enjoyed the location back and forth to Disney was easy and Karen was very pleasant and right on it when the heater in the pool wasn't working right I would stay there again it was great there was plenty of room for my whole family

The house is very roomy, well furnished
The house is very roomy, well furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for several guests and there are plenty of linens and towels. The one thing that could be replaced is the flooring. Both the carpets and the tile show a lot of wear. Emerald Island Resort is gated so there is a nice sense of security. The grounds are beautiful and every house is well kept. Karen and Sam were wonderful. They helped us with every need we had and made our stay so stress free. Thank you to both of them. Our stay was very enjoyable and we thank the owners, Susan and Collin, for sharing their lovely home with us.

Truly remarkable property for the rate
The description of the property was spot on, we truly enjoyed our stay at esmerald island and the owner was always attentive and responsive thank you Sue the gate make you feel safe the playpark almost next door is great for small kids I truly recommend this property

Nice home ,great value
We were pleased with the house, it was nice when we got there to see the house the way it was on the internet the site does not show its outlook compared to others its a real extra not to be overlooked. It worked out perfect for our family, it was close to Disney, The perfect ideal spot. We really had a nice pre-Christmas break with our friends and family.

Absolute Disgrace
We stayed at this property last year and had no end of issues - they have attempted to switch sites in order to avoid poor reviews. This property was an absolute disgrace and the owner simply ignored all of our requests to rectify matters. They blamed the new management company and the new management company said the owner simply would not spend any money on the property. Dirty carpets throughout, useless appliances, filthy oven unclean pool damaged netting - no tv working for first 10 days no wifi or computer access for 14 days no lights in bedrooms poor electrical condition - other items far too numerous to mEntion STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY.

Magna Bay villa has 6 bedrooms & 4 full &1 half bath room
2 masters with ensuites, king , queen size beds and walk in closets. There are 2 further queen beds
2 bdrooms with 2 twin beds in each
and a full size queen sofa bed

This Magna Bay villa is on a hill that overlooks every direction the west shows off the very best of sunsets. If you face the pool, Watch the Disney fireworks, in garden as you bbq the nights feast, because it really is that close
