Absolutely amazing villa.
The property is situated near a lake not overlooked and in the most peaceful and tranquil setting we loved waking up and sitting out on the patio looking out over the lake and all the wildlife it attracts. My brother caught some fish in the lake and enjoyed the early morning fishing. The villa is close to all the major attractions and restaurants yet not too close to make you feel like your constantly in a theme park. We were two families sharing and the space was more than enough. The pool area is the best I've ever had in Florida the extra covered area and corner space is a major boost. As is the copious amounts of patio furniture. The owner was amazing throughout our planning and upon arrival and couldn't have been more helpful. I would deffinately recommend this villa to anyone. Plucked out of thousands of choices from the home and away website.... we couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you

The Perfect Place
Great spacious accommodation. Everything you need as if in your own home. Good location for the theme parks and three different supermarkets nearby which had lots of gluten free products for our daughter. We loved our time here but was made even better seeing Mr Alligator and turtles in the lake, the racoons playing around the cars of an evening, the Ibis/Egrets and the enormous Sandhill Cranes. We had a problem with the telephone line/alarm/tv after a storm but the agent was so helpful and the issue quickly resolved. We would definitely return and recommend.

Lovely lakeside property.
This was our second stay at this Villa on Cumbrian Lakes and we couldn't have picked a better time to go with sunshine every day for 28 days. The Villa's south facing location is perfect for relaxing by the pool in the sun or having breakfast in the shade on the lanai. The home has everything that you need for a great family holiday with four bedrooms with comfortable beds, three good bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with all the pots and pans etc that you would expect in a family home. The check in and check out procedure with the management company was straightforward and just took a few minutes and they are on hand if you need any help for any reason. Thank you Alan and Janet Barnard for the use of your Villa and we look forward to hopefully book up for a third visit sometime soon.

A fully air conditioned property, the villa comprises 4 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and dining room which leads to the living area where Patio doors open out onto the large lanai and our South Facing pool with a 'Wrap-Around' Lake view.
The Master Bedroom comprises a King Size bed, wardrobe, cabinets, telephone and a flat screen TV, and has access to the Lanai and pool. The En-Suite has both a bath and a separate shower. Located here in the wardrobe is the safe for your use.
Bedroom 2 comprises a Queen sized bed, Wardrobe, cabinets and a flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined bath and shower.
Bedrooms 3 has a Queen sized bed, ample drawer and wardrobe hanging space and a flat screen TV
Bedroom 4 is a twin bed and is Disney themed. It has wardrobe space and cabinets and a Flat Screen TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with access from both rooms. (Jack and Jill)
Living Space is provided by an open plan living, dining and Kitchen area. There is seating for 10 people in the dining and living areas.
The living area has 2 sofas and an armchair one of the sofas converts into a queen sized sofa bed. It has a large flat screen TV providing over 200 channels, via cable access in both High and Standard Definition (HD & SD). There is also Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet access, and telephone with free local and national calls. Plus NETFLIX access via a Blu-Ray Player plus a Hi-Fi system with iPod dock and MP3 connectivity.
Our Kitchen has all of the appliances you would expect in a well appointed kitchen, including oven, american style fridge freezer with ice making facility, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, waffle maker, dishwasher etc. There is also a kitchen nook dining area for seating for 4 people with lake views.
For the little ones, there is a High Chair and Crib (Pack & Go) and 2 Strollers / Buggys.
The Garage has been converted into a Games Room, with a Pool Table, Foosball, Electronic darts board and an Air Hockey table. There is also a Cannon Printer/Scanner available for your use e.g. Printing-off your Park Tickets, Boarding Passes etc. - Just connect your laptop via the USB cable provided and away you go.
Access to the pool can be via the master bedroom and living area. Both these doors are fitted with child safety alarms.
The pool and Lanai area is South Facing, providing all day sunshine and fantastic sunsets. The Lanai spans the whole of the rear of the property providing welcome shade when needed. There are ample chairs, sun loungers and tables, plus there is an Outside Grill available for use. The deck extends out past the end of the villa and is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and watch the world go by. The pool is a great place to cool down, or have some fun, and can be heated if required. The pool deck also overlooks the lake on three sides with water fountains to the left and right, which are illuminated at night. There is also an outside shower on the pool deck.
