We loved our stay at Bayshores Yacht and tennis club. Melinda is so responsive, accommodating, and very helpful. Kitchen was stocked so well with so many nice, newer things, the knives were even sharp!! All linens were provided, condo VERY clean, the beach accessories were more than useful. The views are outstanding both on the back porch and front. Short walk to the amazing Gulf ocean, and the pool was wonderful during the mornings while my husband fished (poles provided). I highly suggest booking your vacation here. Well worth the money. Thanks Melinda!

Beautiful condo! It is so well stocked with anything you might need. It had everything we needed. It is actually just across the street from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our family of four!
We just returned home from our fabulous week at the Algera's place! Honestly there are so many good things to say that I don't know where to start. The most important to our family was the amazing beach access. Literally steps away from the beach (our 3 year old daughter had no problem walking) this "tucked away" condo was beautifully sandwiched between the calm waterway for evening and morning views. You could hear the fish jumping and playing! The central location just off the gulf strip made it easy enough for evening drives and quick rides to restaurants or the grocery store. The amenities inside the condo were better than expected. Little details like the Wonder Wheeler to pack all the beach goodies in and chairs that suited even my very tall husband were awesome! We were able to pack up for the day and never looked back! (Unfortunately construction was going on downstairs and the condo itself was quite noisy during the daytime; of course no one knows this stuff beforehand) The beds were comfy and the linens cozy Egyptian Cotton which felt great after a sunburn. In the evenings we enjoyed the quiet and meticulously clean pool area. The kids were in heaven! In comparison to all the other beaches up and down the coast this one was the cleanest. We had several opportunities to look for shells which our kids loved. Melinda was kind and was patient with my 20 questions before our booking. My husband is already talking about when we will return. This place is a jewel and we would definitely recommend this to anyone needing some rest!

Great condo!
We just got back from staying in your beautiful condo, loved it and the area. Indian Shores beach is such a nice beach. I also loved the pool, it was warm and didnt take your breath when you got in. I loved going to pool at night, relaxing by pool and watching the fish jump in the waterway. An added bonus is all the beach accessories you have there, that caddy was very handy The king size bed, slept so good, I definitely hope to come back. We rented bikes from Rad Rentals, that guy was very nice, and we rode around Indian Rocks, it was great!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo, oh yes, I also loved the books where your renters wrote in and the one your daughter wrote in. Great place!!

The white sand of Indian Rocks Beach awaits you only steps across the street. This condo has a peaceful and gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from your private balcony where you can watch a parade of boats day and night. Most everything in this spacious 1,050 square feet, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit has been updated. There is a King Size Bed in the Master bedroom and Queen and Twin size beds in the guest bedroom. You will enjoy a flat screen TV/DVDs, comfortable furniture, bedding, towels, window treatments, ect. Provided for your enjoyment are golf putters, tennis equipment, beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, umbrella and games. Disney World, including Epcott, MGM, Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Sea World are less than 2 hours away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Florida Aquarium, Race Track and other Tampa Attractions are only 30 to 60 minutes away. Clearwater only 10 minutes away. Deep sea fishing charters, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals, wind surfing, boat rentals and sight seeing cruises. Steps to white sandy beach, mini golf, shopping, restaurants and golf courses abound in this area!
