Minimum StayGreat Vacation - Really Nice Unit
We were looking for a fun, low key Florida vacation and that's exactly what we got. The unit is clean, updated and pretty roomy for a small family. It's stocked with pretty much everything you need from beach chairs to kitchen items to towels and sheets, paper products, etc. We're three people. Kevin was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was OK. The bedroom has the most comfortable king size bed ever. Our 14 year old son slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The main pool area is within walking distance but we would drive over because we were carrying stuff and sometimes wanted to go from the pool to the beach and needed to keep the chairs in the trunk. We ate at the tiki bar by the pool a couple of times. It's pretty good and the prices are reasonable. There's a nicer table service restaurant too but we didn't eat there. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, well maintained, great communication!
I cannot say enough about Kevin and his property. His home is wonderful, so well kept, and comfortable. He had everything we needed right there. The convenience of being able to do our laundry right here was amazing. The pool is just steps away and the beach is so close as well; we walked on it every evening. The thing I was most impressed with (which is saying something considering we were SO impressed with the property) is Kevin's communication. He was constantly available when and if we needed him, and was a wealth of information, so eager to make sure that our trip was everything we were hoping for and more. We will absolutely be back to visit this area, and will be in contact with Kevin to stay at his beautiful home again when we do. Thank you so much for all you have done to make our experience wonderful!

Great place to stay-short walk to beautiful beach!
What a great place to stay! Clean and bigger that pictures looked. Everything you need is there including cooler and beach chairs. King bed was glorious. The property is great too--big pool( one of many) and tiki bar right there. Kevin was fantastic to work with! Very helpful and accommodating. Loved the all tile floors and screened patio where you can watch the golfers. Would definitely stay here again--thanks Kevin!

If you’re looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation right on the beach on the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Village Resort is for you! With the gentle ocean breezes, the weather is great most of the year. We're offering a clean, basic condo without a lot of fancy upgrades, so we're able to charge one of the lowest prices available at such a wonderful Resort with so many amenities. (Our condo is a first floor unit, so doesn't have a view of the ocean. But the beach is just a short walk over the nearby dune.) Ocean Village has so many amenities that sometimes one or two of them might be closed for maintenance while you're here. If you have something in particular that you want to use during your stay, just let us know and we'll check the maintenance schedule for you.
