We rented this house at the end of July 2017 and had an absolutely amazing time staying there. The interior was spotless and more modern than anticipated, the pictures did not do it justice. Additionally, we rented both the top and bottom floors and it was wonderful having two fully functioning kitchens. Most importantly...the new pool area was perfect! The pool itself was great, very large and perfectly constructed for hanging out with a well designed area where you can sit and lounge in the water. There is a huge wrap-around patio that was perfect for spending time and playing cornhole (or other similar games) and the area underneath the upper deck provided shade from the sun. Additionally, the large fence surrounding the backyard provided a good amount of privacy. Lastly, the beach was only a couple of blocks away and there was public beach access right across the street. The beach was quiet and not crowded since that area is primarily condos and not hotels which amounted to significantly less foot traffic and a whole lot more fun. The house is also located very close to the popular beach bars/restaurants so if you're looking for a crowd, you're close by. There was a grocery store within walking distance and a coffee shop right by the house. If you want to go to Fort Myers Beach, I definitely recommend staying at this house.

Walk to Beach, New Pool, Spacious Home
We stayed here for four nights at the end of June/early July 2017. We had two families, including children ranging from 9 years old to 6 months old. The house is about a block from the beach...it was an easy walk, even with five young children. The first and second floors have separate entrances, so one family stayed upstairs and the other stayed downstairs. Overall, it was a great space for the kids...they couldn't get into too much trouble. The pool was brand new when we arrived and we were not planning on having a pool so we were pleasantly surprised. The pool was wonderful. It was a nice change of scenery from the beach and the water temperature of the pool was more refreshing than the 91 degree beach water. There were two grocery stores within driving distance without having to leave the island, so we didn't eat out a lot. We did not use the grill. Bathrooms are all renovated and the bedrooms were nice-sized. Always helpful to have washer and dryer on site. Would recommend to others and we will be back if we head back to the beach for a long weekend or longer vacation. Thanks Willy!

Great vacation home for our family and friends!
This property really is true to the pictures. Everything met our expectation and we were thrilled to see additional renovation in the backyard to include a perfect sized pool and hot tub! We would love to come back and see the finished product! In addition to close beach access, we also enjoyed the short and safe walk to the local grocery store. And, the house is just close enough to the pier that our teenagers could enjoy some fun and not be too far from home. Thank you Willy! Hope to see you next year!

The Most Amazing Beach House on the Island!!! There is a huge tree growing through the front deck giving this Beach House a very unique look and feel. This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home sits on a 1/4 Acre Corner Lot and is surrounded by lush green grass and mature trees. This Beach House is "All Decked-Out" with wood decks that span the entire width of the front and back of the house and is furnished with some awesome Adirondack Patio Furniture for outdoor dining/relaxing.
The Beach House is conveniently located on the northern end of the island which closer to the action of Times Square and all of the shops/bars/restaurants, yet within a quiet residential neighborhood between the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Matanzas Pass Waterway. The white sugary-sand beach is about 1 block away. This beach is voted one of the top 10 beaches. Here you can go swimming, rent jet-skis, para-sail, search for sea shells, or watch the dolphins swim across the shore. The Matanzas Preserve with access to the Bay, nature trails, a mooring dock, and overlook pier are less than a block away behind the house.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops also within walking distances. The Fort Myers Beach Library, Fort Myers Beach Aquatic Center (with heated pools/slides/kiddie area), and the Bay Oaks Recreation Center (with Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, Aerobics Classes, Yoga, Treadmills, Elliptical Machines and Weights) are all located less than a block away too!
Everything in this house is brand new! The property has been completely renovated inside and out.
UPSTAIRS there are (2) Bedrooms, (2) Bathrooms, and a Queen Sleeper. DOWNSTAIRS there are (2) Bedrooms, (1) Bathroom, and a Queen Sleeper.
(BOTH FLOORS) Have their own FULL Size kitchens with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and all of the cookware, flatware, dinnerware that you would expect in your own home.
The upstairs living room has a brand new 60in LED HDTV, and the downstairs living room has a brand new 50in LED HDTV. Both TV's have a Surround Sound Bar, and a Blue-ray player with Netflix/Pandora/YouTube and 200 other apps for downloading and streaming music/movie/games.
For your added convenience/entertainment, the beach house comes with premium high definition cable with over 140 channels and High Speed Internet/WiFi.
No other property offers you the convenience of being so close to everything. Not only are you a block from the beach where you can go swimming, rent jet-skis, para-sail, search for sea shells, or watch the dolphins swim across the shore. You are also directly behind the Matanzas Preserve where you can go fishing off the overlook pier, launch your kayak, canoe, or paddle board of the mooring dock. All of which are available for rental nearby. You can even rent a small boat pick-up or drop-off friends from the same mooring dock. Go out on relaxing boat rides or go fishing. Bring in your fresh catch of the day and cook it on the new grill or state of the art kitchen.
