Our little dog loved the backyard, it was perfect, with a deck and a grill. Location is great with just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Jim and Mary for everything, you were great to rent from and helped with everything we needed! We will definitely recommend to others. Hope to come back soon! Perfekt for a couple. We loved the deck in the backyard, a very calm and relaxing area. The only thing we did not like so much, were the mattrasses, for our european backs to soft.... We can recommend the comfortable Cottage and the very nice owners. Thank you and a happy new year.

It is a very short walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything that you could possibly need including beach chairs and bikes. It also has a very nice deck and fenced in yard. Jim and Mary were a delight and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend staying here for your beach vacation. Andrea

We had everything we needed. I would walk our little yorkie on the beach almost every day and then thru the neighborhood in the evenings - he loved it too! The owners are very easy to work with and when we needed to change our dates, they were very accommodating!! Jim and Mary, we wish you all the best - you have a great little house, in a very convenient and nice neighborhood - we would highly recommend your property to others. It was the perfect place to stay. It was very clean, the owners had anything we could need there, and it was super close to the beach. We were completely floored by how amazing this place was. Ft. Myers Beach is an awesome town, too and everyone on this street was very friendly. We had beautiful weather and our dog just completely LOVED the beach! This was the perfect vacation place!

We stayed for a week in February. It was perfect for the two of us. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. It was just a short walk to the beach and just about 10 minutes to Time Square. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The location was perfect. A quiet street for relaxation, but close enough to all the activities. The cottage was clean and fully stocked. We highly recommend this cute cottage for a fun-filled stay at Ft. Myers Beach! Recommended for: Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway. Response

VACATION IN PARADISE

We walked a few blocks to the beach every day. It was so nice to have the park and small private Marina at the other end of the street. The owners let us walk on the pier. The neighbors were so friendly and our dog Josh made friends with Murphy and we enjoyed watching them play together every day. We were able to walk to the grocery store a couple blocks away!. Times Square is just minutes by foot. We loved the restuarants on the beach and would stop for a cocktail after our 5 mile walk in the powder sands of Fort Myers Beach. The cottage is just as the pictures show. Very cozy and comfy and there was even sunscreen! This cottage is the PERFECT location. The owners are WONDERFUL people. It was such a pleasure to get to know them better via email. Hope to meet them someday in person. Thank you Jim and Mary for the wonderful stay!

The cottage was just perfect for the two of us. It really has everything you need, great set up and very good location in FMB. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect when you want to sit on the back deck to read a book or just enjoy the sunshine. The beach is a short walk away. We were out there every day, never missed a sunset either. There are plenty of places to eat or grab a drink within a short walking distance too. I'm still here as i'm writing this review. Perfect location, on a quiet street, friendly neighbors and sooooo comfortable. This literally feels like my own beach house. Although I've only spoken with the owners by email and once on the phone when I arrived, I can tell they are really sweet people and I wish you were here so I could've met you! :) I almost don't want to give you a good review because I don"t want folks to find out about "my new beach house"!! I'm from Philadelphia and everyone there goes to the Jersey Shore for the beach well forget the Jersey Shore and come to Ft Myers Beach!!! It's way bettter. Thanks for letting me rent your place.
