Minimum Stay“Paradise”
This was my first experience in renting a vacation home and it exceeded my expectations. We arrived in a downpour and could not find the lock box with the key but a quick call that was answered immediately steered us in the right direction. This one bedroom at 5241 Estero Blvd was beautifully decorated, spot clean, the kitchen equipped with everything one would need for simple meals to gourmet meals and the location was ideal. Restaurants, stores, and night life conveniently close by. I would definitely return to this lovely Beach Home, as we called it, every chance that I had

“Amazing”
While staying in this condo we had an absolutely amazing time. Just about everything you could need is provided for you, allowing for a stress free vacation. Our stay here exceed our expectations, the owners are amazing peolple and very accommodating. Being across the street from the beach and having a variety of stores just minutes away by car was very convenient.

"Fantastic place, clean, great location"
With the communication between the owner of the property PRIOR to booking, I knew we were in for an absolute treat of a place to stay for our vacation. We are a 30 something couple, was there for 10 days, and enjoyed every second of our stay. The pictures are 100% accurate, the place has been recently renovated, is kept very clean, and is has a great location on the island. It’s not too far from the core of the town, but far enough that it’s rather quiet and not so congested. Down the street is a Publix grocery and many pharmacies and 7/11 in both directions. There’s a great tiny movie theatre down the street that serves good bar food and beer while you watch the film. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I mean fully. I love to cook and cooked for most of our stay. Everything I needed was there, except for one thing: a non-stick pan. No worries, bought one on sale and brought it home. This is a jewel of a vacation rental. Keep it clean and treat it well fellow Tripadvisors!

Fresh and clean this recently updated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo/apartment is located directly across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Located mid island Casa Bella B is close to all amenities including a Publix grocery store, restaurants and the popular Island Trolley service stops in front of the property and services the length of the island from Times Square to Lover's Key State Park. Occupying the ground floor, Casa Bella B offers a master suite with queen bed and pull out queen sofa in the living area. The decor is a relaxing beach casual and is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and ample cookware. The bedroom and living area are each equipped with a flat panel TV. Wi-Fi, telephone (includes long distance within the US and Canada) and cable service are included. A washer/dryer and propane BBQ grill are also provided for your use during your stay. There's also a patio table and chairs in the outdoor grill area for dining or relaxing.
