We had a great time in this condo, appreciating the great views and nice amenities. We had group of four and we had plenty of room and privacy. We ate in a lot to save on expenses and the kitchen layout, appliances, and assorted kitchen wear was great. Convenient to have the Surf Restaurant across the street for good food and entertainment if you want to go out. Great fishing pier and beach access! The owner is great and always willing to step in to help if any issues arise.

Labor Day Week
We arrived just a few hours before Hurricane Hermine. Some high winds and a few hours without power but other than that a great time here. This condo is fabulous. Well stocked, exceptionally clean and the perfect view of the pier. Terry, (owner) was extremely nice and very thoughtful and stopped by for a quick visit to check on us. I left a pair of my husbands CROCS and Terry shipped them to us. Fishing was good and the weather was just right. Loved our week here and really did not want to leave. Will certainly be renting again. Thanks, Terry.

All we were looking for in our getaway
What a delightful getaway we had with our family in this roomy, clean condo. The owner was amazing to communicate with us, making the trip all the better. The view was outstanding for the full moon rising that we enjoyed while there. The bed were all so comfortable, linens clean and fresh, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed even down to the salt that we forgot to pack. Being coffee drinkers we were also delighted with the great coffee maker as well! Our time on the beach was so much better with the pier acting as our sun umbrella. We certainly did not want to leave when check out time rolled around. Thanks again for the personal care you take with your renters.

Home away from home
Owner was amazing and easy to communicate promptly. The clean, updated condo was comfortable and very well stocked with starter supplies. We have been vacationing in Fernandina annually for about 45 years. We have rented homes, motel rooms, and other condos in 4 different complexes. We loved our stay in 220 Amelia by the Sea. It was perfect for my husband and me, our 2 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. Our only regret is that our son-in-law had to stay home at the last minute and couldn't enjoy the beautiful beach and amazing local restaurants with us. We will definitely return to this delightful condo on the dunes.

Amelia by the Sea is an 84 unit condominium with a family type atmosphere and a private fishing pier. Our condo, Unit 220 is located on the second floor with easy access by stairs or by elevator. Unit 220 is a comfortable condo with a large living room and open dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with Capelon cookware if you wish to prepare your own meals.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 36' flat screen TV. One guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a 26" TV and easy hookup for games. The other guest bedroom has 2 double sized beds with a DVD/TV combo. All beds have quality mattresses for a comfortable sleep. Unit 220 is equipped with a washer and dryer. The awesome view straight down the fishing pier keeps you up to date with all the fish being caught. Fisherman can expect to catch a variety of fish including but not limited to trout, whiting, flounder, redfish, blue fish, sheaphead and black drum.
