Guests are invited to a world of 2,400 acres and 30 charming neighborhoods with 1,300 vacation rentals, condominiums, villas, town homes and hotel accommodations. A member of Visit South Walton, the resort features seven-plus miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship and resort golf courses, 15 tournament-caliber tennis courts, 19 swimming pools, a 113-slip marina, and fitness center and spa.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf - an architecturally vibrant pedestrian village - is the heart and soul of the resort where guests enjoy an eclectic mix of boutique shops and an exciting array of eateries, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Family-friendly entertainment options include the Adventure Landing Playground, Adventure Zone with the Florida Gulf Coast's only zipline, Carousel and the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze.
This condo will sleep up to six people and is perfect for a small family or a couple. The bedroom is small, like a bunk room, with a queen-size bed. The family room has a king-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper. The Murphy bed is pulled down from the wall so it does not take up any floor space during the day.
Your condo is located on the first floor and has covered parking. You could not ask for a better location in the resort as it is in close proximity to the famous Elephant Walk. Simply walk down off the balcony right onto the pool deck where the pool is heated and relaxing.
You also have access to the Hilton's amenities including a new spa, which you may pay to use, along with a workout facility, a five star restaurant, a buffet style restaurant, a deli/ice cream shop, and an outdoor bar overlooking the beach that serves great sandwiches. There is live music at the bar located beachside most of the year for everyone�s enjoyment.
