Beautiful home and very nicely furnished
If I could give it 6 stars I would. right from the beginning the communication was immediate and sincere. We had a wonderful time in Orlando and had a fantastic place to stay. The home is awesome and has all the amenities you could ask for. There was an issue with the pool lights that was remedied immediately and another small issue that was quickly solved with a phone call. The property managers truly care about their guests and showed. We'd stay here anytime we come back to the area. Joel W. Dearborn MIchigan

Great vacation
Like someone else said pictures does no justice. We were amazed at how it looked on the inside. The only problem was that the week came and went to fast. We saw a few bugs ,but overall wonderful stay we loved it.

Pictures do this house no justice
When you first arrive, the house is breath taking! It is BETTER than the pictures and way more spacious. We had a packed house and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Spent the holidays (17th through 27th) here and this was a dream vacation. Initially, I thought staying off site from Disney World would be a downside, but the 20 min drive away from the madness was refreshing. The town of Davenport is beautiful and there is shopping at a stones throw. The house was very clean (despite a few bugs) and decorated nicely. There is nothing bad I could say about this stay. The whole family loved the house. The media room is phenomenal and all the children loved it. Family movie night was amazing with the blue ray player, or the teenagers blasting the music through Pandora. We will definitely be booking this house again for our future Disney World Experience. I have to say again that this house is HUGE!!!

Superior Vacation Home, Perfect for Group!
First let me say, I've rented lots of places with my HUGE family in the past. I've seen some amazing places, but THIS PLACE was by far the best. The amount of space packed into this house was unreal. Everyone commented on how spacious and comfortable the house was. The rooms were exactly as described in the house ad. One thing we didn't anticipate was just HOW BIG the Master bedroom was on the 2nd floor. WOW! It was perfect for the late night "girls only" gossip sessions. Everyone could fit in just fine with plenty of room to spare. The one thing we didn't anticipate was that the 1/2 bath wasn't really "in the house" downstairs, but rather on the pool deck. At first we thought that would be a negative, but once the kids got in the pool, we quickly realized how big of a POSITIVE that was. They weren't tracking water through the house to use the bathroom, great! The beds, linens, and towels were great. We typically bring our own towels anyway, but it was nice to know there was such a large supply of towels just in case we needed them. The kitchen was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could need, from crockpot, to serving dishes, to baking pans. We really enjoyed utilizing the great space in the kitchen and living room to host family breakfast for the group. The man cave/entertainment room was AMAZING! I must admit, I didn't spend much time in there cause the men declared as "their space" but the first impression of the space was breathtaking. So glad there was a space that the men could be men, with no girls allowed :). The pool was just big enough for the entire family to enjoy a friendly game of pool volleyball, perfect! The hot tub didn't work (in terms of being 'hot') but the smaller kids loved having a 'safe space' to enjoy the pool without worrying about the water being too deep, so that ended up being a big plus. When we first arrived the pool was a little dirty, but before we could even wake up the next day, the pool cleaners were there and made the pool immaculate! Thanks Toki! All in all, our family simply loved the place and the level of service Toki showed us was unbelievable. He made the experience so pleasant and we have all agreed as a family, that THIS HOUSE, will be the annual the family vacation house. Thanks again!

There is even a half bathroom with toilet and shower directly on the pool deck for your convenience, as well as dining facilities outdoors to ensure that al fresco eating in the Florida sunset is the perfect ending to your day. Florida is called 'The Sunshine State' for very good reason. Temperatures top 70 degrees for most of the year so outdoor dining on the screened pool deck is an absolute pleasure.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Our large drive can park 2 cars with ease. Located around the US 27/US 192 Junction, our villa is perfectly suited for visiting many attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n' Wild water park, among others. Just minutes away you can access supermarkets, shopping malls with stores of every description, amusement centres, cinemas, restaurants, fast food outlets, everything to keep the whole family entertained. Nearby are Super Walmart and Super Target, as well as family-friendly restaurants such as Red Lobster, Longhorn, Olive Garden, TGIFridays, Pizza Hut, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, and many more. You are also only 5 minutes away from the world famous Champion Gate golf courses, designed by Greg Norman, and the new and exclusive Reunion champion golf courses as well. If you prefer to take the scenic route, there is a beautiful nature reserve about 5 miles out that offers swimming, hiking, bird-watching, picnicking, fishing, and canoeing activities. The Gulf Coast is only an hour to the west, with the perfect sandy beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg.
The villa has 3,800 sq ft of living and entertaining space with FREE wireless high speed internet, telephones with FREE local and national calls, and FREE Cable TVs with over 100 channels. The living room has a brand new 65" 4K TV, offering the best possible viewing experiences for your favorite movies or TV shows. The property has just completed a MAJOR RENOVATION of the entire interior: every bedroom and bathroom is refurbished and decorated to the highest aesthetic standard. Our villa has eight bedrooms on two floors, four of which have King beds, two have Queen beds, and two have twin beds. All master bedrooms have walk-in closets and 3 of them have a en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath, shower, and vanity basin. You will find your own TV in every bedroom, luxurious satin sheets, carefully coordinated colors and decor, and even Superman and Princesses themed bedrooms for children. The second floor and stairs have been COMPLETELY redone in 2015 with a hardwood floor finish, which will feel clean and refreshing on your feet in the Florida heat. You will be stepping on BRAND NEW floors!
The kitchen area is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances with ample cupboard space containing all necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils. Almost everything was renovated so now is the perfect time to visit while the appliances are new! A breakfast table and 4 chairs are situated in the adjoining nook, the spacious dining area accommodates 8 guests and our screened pool deck has outdoor dining facilities for another 4.
The laundry area boasts a large top loading washing machine, powerful tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The open plan living room and dining area is decorated and furnished in a typical bright Floridian style, there is a separate Family Room overlooking the pool area with comfortable seating. On the first floor there is a large games room/lounge area complete with pool table, card table and game box to make your stay complete. Feel free to entertain friends in the spacious living room, play a round in the games room, or relax in a tastefully decorated and luxurious atmosphere.
