Consists of 12 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, Kitchen with large table seating up to 16 people, Living Room with 50 Inch Plasma TV with Cable TV, total of 14 TVs in the home for great entertainment. Patio offers seating up to 28 people and two BBQ Grills. Each bedroom can be set up with either 1 King Size Bed or 2 Twin Size Beds with plush Down Comforters.
The Mansion is perfect for a large family or up to five families staying together that want total privacy. The Mansion consists of 5 private suites all in one house under the same roof, each with bedrooms and its own private bath for total privacy – perfect for larger families, reunions, golf groups, baseball/softball/basketball/sport teams or church groups. The Mansion is also perfect for business colleagues attending one of the fairs or exhibitions at the Orlando Convention Center and offers superior comfort, space and privacy. Whether attending one of the exhibitions or visiting on vacation, you will feel that you are in the “real Florida” and in an oasis of calm.
The Mansion is elegantly furnished, has a feeling of comfort and style and is very suitable for a large group of people staying together but is also perfect for couples or smaller family. The lighting is subtle and indirect giving the large reception area a feeling of space and tranquility. The living space is attractively decorated in bright white South Beach Miami style. Surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, bars, outlet stores, 2-min to Publix grocery store and 10 min from Disney World!
SMOKING. Should a Guest violate this policy, Agent reserves its right to charge said Guest any additional costs required to sanitize the Property). Each Guest agrees to obey and follow all the rules that correspond to the specified Property. Should Guests disrespect owner’s rules and regulations (including smoking restrictions), this agreement contract will be terminated, all payments will be forfeited, and Guests will vacate the Property immediately.
Only Guests registered with Agent may occupy or visit the rented Property. No other Guests are permitted to stay overnight or visit the Property. The number of occupants cannot be more than the stated amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Agent reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract and retain any and all payments if the amount of persons occupying the Property exceeds that expressed in the reservation confirmation. Only Guests that are listed in the Client’s Information form that will be sent to guest once final payment is done are allowed to stay and visit the Property. Should any new Guest(s) desire to visit Property new visitor need to be approved by the owner or its Agents and registered Guests are fully responsible if this is not followed.
