Restful week in Clearwater
Communication with Millie was easy and helpful; she responded very promptly and clearly to our request and questions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very functional. Condo is within a gated community which helped it feel very secure. Clearwater Beach is a short, 10-15 minute drive; the quaint town of Dunedin was about 15 minutes away. The walk-in closet and washer/drier were a real plus. I would gladly stay here again.

It was like staying at a tropical resort.
Florida had some record high temperatures for over the Christmas Holidays so we couldn't have asked for better weather. The beaches and shopping district was close by and the people were super friendly. We found the unit was perfect for us and got plenty of use of the pool. Also the customer service couldn't get any better. We had a great time and we'll be back!!!

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated community. Beautiful 1B/ 1B apartment on the first floor with tile floor through out. Completely decorated with a feel of the " beach" style, fully appointed with everything you need to feel right at home. Brand new furniture with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Walk in closet for your convenience. This unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the spacious club house and pool with a BBQ area, as well as a fitness center which is always open, walking distance to Publix supermarket, and other shopping centers.
Minutes to the famous Clearwater Beach and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium ( Home to Winter and Hope). Also, unit is located near many of Florida's major attractions such as Busch Gardens, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World. All Approximately 60-90 minutes away.
Beautiful St. Petersburg and major airports are also located approximately 25 minutes away.
Condo comes with WI-FI for your convenience.
