Truly a lovely property. The house was set up with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The Villa was spacious and immaculately clean. The view when you enter the front door is amazing. All the comforts of home and then some with very close proximity to everything, including dinning, shopping, beaches and activities. We loved and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Pool and Spa and having cocktails in the lanai area. The water off the dock was tranquil and peaceful - breathtaking. It was definitely a tropical paradise. It's great for families or a romantic getaway. We would definitely vacation here again and I would recommend this Villa to my family and friends. Anyone who rents this property will not be disappointed. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

This beautiful villa is located in the beautiful Four Mile Cove area of Cape Coral, right on a wider canal with a view over the Cat Cay Lake!
When staying in the Four Mile Cove area of Cape Coral, you really are close to EVERYTHING, shopping, dining and nature.
Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is the second largest preserved green space in Cape Coral. Located just north of Veteran's Parkway. the area has brackish water wetland area that features a walking trail, visitor center and seasonal kayak rentals. There is an 800’ portage along the kayak trail and visitors can walk through the preserve on the boardwalk and enjoy the great wildlife.
The lanai has a lovely pool area with including a hot tub and a spacious dining area. The villa also has a spacious dock with a tiki hut, perfect space to really enjoy the amazing view and the Florida relaxing life style.
The Villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is has a King size bed and the second and third both have Queen size beds. All three bedrooms have TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
The villa also offers WiFi if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.
