We had a wonderful stay. We were met at the property by the property manager. She greeted us warmly and provided so much helpful knowledge of Cape Coral and surrounding areas. The property was spotless! The house comes fully equipped with ample dishes, towels etc. The house is situated on a canal in a very nice neighborhood. The solar-heated pool overlooks the canal and is surrounded by tropical landscaping. Being solar heated, the water in the pool was warm and enjoyable. The pool and the landscaping are professionally maintained which made our 2 month stay even easier. A special treat was meeting the neighbors who introduced themselves and even provided cookies and cake. We felt like locals! The property is close to the public Yacht Club, Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour all of which feature events and restaurants. Ft Myers is a short drive away while Ft Myer’s Beach is about a 35 minute drive. Of interest, the owners live in Germany and communicating with them was easy and quick. Without hesitation, I recommend this property to others who are interested in vacationing in Southwest Florida.

Wonderful Pool home with a great outdoor pool deck and cage.
3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open Floor plan, split level, east facing pool and bedroom windows, you will wake up by the sun light.
The living room and kitchen has nice high polish tiles.
The master bathroom comes with a very large shower and tiled seat, to shower heads.
The master provide a small decor desk or ladies table.
The house has high-speed wifi.
A two car garage, one spot is taken by the owners car.
The pool has a heating solar roof system and additional heat pump if necessary.
Large windows and sliders give the nice light and connection to outside with views to the water from the rooms.
A big flat screen TV is in the living room, including blue ray DVD player and a nice music system.
