Girl's trip! This home could not have been better suited for three friends who wanted to relax and catch up with each other. Plenty of areas to relax alone with a good book and also to come together. It is beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you need, clean and quiet! It is close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We loved it!

We just spent 9 days at Sue Larsons house and we had a great time. Her house is beautiful just like the pictures and the kids especially enjoyed the afternoons in the pool!! Hope to go back next year again! Thanks for letting us use your house Sue.

Roomy, comfy, beautiful!
The owner, Sue is an amazing owner to work with. Her rental home is so beautiful and loved having our own pool, and that my fur baby was welcomed! Very comfortable beds, updated decor, great location in a lovely neighborhood with bike lanes. Very happy with our family vacation experience!

Relaxing vacation
My husband, 2 kids (age 11 & 9),& I stayed for a week. We loved it! Used the pool every day. Pool was huge! We loved the outside area. Ate most of our meals out there. House was very clean & looked just like the pictures. Everything was provided. Neighborhood was very quiet. Everything you need shopping wise was close by. The only problem we had was the a/c dying in the middle of the night. Called Jim, the manager, that morning and he had a repairman out there within the hour. Had it fixed by late afternoon. Jim, was awesome! He was a great help during our stay. Sue was great also. We had never been to Cape Coral before. We had a great week there. Visited Sanibel Island-awesome! Did the Banana Boat Dolphin tour--can't wait to do that again. We will definitely come back & we hope to rent Sue's house again.

Decorated in a bright, happy, coastal decor, this home faces southwest for sunny days and great sunsets.
This is a home away from home, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc.
Completely remodeled in 2015, the living room features an entire wall of disappearing glass sliding doors, leading to the lanai and pool with the swim up table.! The family room is large and comfortable with a 60 inch Smart TV complete with Netflix.
The huge master bedroom suite features a custom designed, walk in shower with 2 overhead rain shower heads. The other 2 bedrooms feature 4 twin beds with the option to convert the twins to king beds. The large guest bath features a jetted tub.
This vacation home is in a premier neighborhood of Palaco Grande, nicknamed the 'Gold Coast' because of its beauty and exceptionally wide canals close to the river. It is great for walking and bike riding with mature royal palm trees and tropical plants lining the streets. Close to shopping, beaches, golf and dozens of restaurants.
Fishing is plentiful right off the seawall. Or, if you wish to rent a boat from ccboats.com, the boat company will dock the boat just a few houses away for you.
